★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was at urban revivo PS on fri 17th june in the afternoon. Bought 6 apparels and 1 backpack. And i would like to compliment firdaus for his impeccable service - extremely efficient, good natured and knowledgeable about the products ... this is one reason why i would shop at urban PS in the future ... kudos to him for making a pleasant shopping experience ...

I ordered 3 dresses and every other day I get an email to inform me that their warehouse had inform them that one of the item is no longer available and the amount will be refunded . This is indeed a hassle and a very frustrating experience. A total nightmare and worst ever online shopping experience . Will not bother to shop with them ever. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a white shirt from Urban Revivo as design simply but trendy and special. The flower design can be remove when washing to prevent over wash. But I wear first time, joyce the flower drop off. I then email CS to arrange purchase the flower. They immediately forwarded the email to SG branch to follow up. SG side informed me they don’t sell just the flower. But they will remove one flower from new shirt and give me. I appreciate their prompt reply and follow up by Cheryl. When I reached PS to collect the flower, counter staff immediately know and expected my collection. I impress on their coordination, professionalism. Thumbs up for their service. Will continue to support the brand.
