β β β β β Had 7 patients before me but the wait was less than an hour. Prices are reasonable and the doctor is attentive. They only accept cash though but the service makes up for it. Place is neat & tidy too!

β β β β β Doctor and receptionist are not honest.. I'm as a patient doctor should know I'm prescribe what type of medicine I want, he told me that's there's no already stocks of the medication, doctor gave me wrong medicine instead. So obviously I just saw one of a patient in front of me that he just consulting a doctor with it that what I used it that medication for.. That's is zero tolerance!!!!

β β β β β This clinic the doctor & the staff that iis a short guy about 30-40yrs old is very rude. Today I went there for the first time. I had cough & the doctor prescribe a type of cough syrub & I saw the label on it stated that it might cause gastric problem & I had this illness. So I went back to see the doctor again & I show him the lable & he said is not true then I asked him to change another type of cough syrub & his clinic have only ONE type of syrub. This shows that the doctor is very reliable because there is no clinics that only had one type of cough syrub he is not a honest doctor! So I went out of the doctor room & the staff said loudly that this clinic don't have dhasedyl ! In the first place I did not request dhasedyl from the doctor! So why that staff said these thing? He think that I'm a abuser that's why he said these words. Every word people said there is meanings. So I hope people who want to see doctor please never come to this clinic because the doctor lies & the staff is very rude. This clinic is the worse I had been to in my 60yrs of age.

β β β β β Their system for sunat, (mine is a girl) was good. Register, med was given at the same time and payment made. wait for the doctor to arrive and sunat all at one go. She sunat 3 babies within 5 minutes. You definitely do not have to wait long hours. Recommended

β β β β β My experience at Countryside Clinic & Surgery has been rather unpleasant, to say the least. Upon recommendations from our relatives, my wife and I wanted to make an appointment at the clinic for our 2 month baby son's circumcision, so we called a week earlier to get slots. We called on a weekday, but was informed rather bluntly by their staff to call instead on Sunday, to book an appointment. No valid reason or explanation given for that rather odd arrangement. On Sunday itself, we called and tried to book an appointment on a weekday. The female receptionist on the phone rudely informed that there was only a slot available on Wednesday, and in her own words, "to take it or leave it".
We decided to take up the slot, sweeping aside any earlier notions of the rude behaviour displayed by their staff. We were told to come at 330pm and to be punctual.
On Wednesday, we arrived at 320pm, 10 minutes earlier before the scheduled timing. To our surprise, we were informed that there were 4 other parents with babies in front of us, and that we had to wait till about 4pm to 430pm. The same female staff informed that the doctor could not proceed with the circumcision as he had to wait for his assistant.
We both waited till about 430pm for our turn. Before meeting the doctor, we were briefed by the clinic staff on the procedures on how to apply two medicines on the affected area and feed medicine to our baby. The staff appeared agitated when we asked several other related questions on how to care for our son after the circumcision. When we were called to the doctor's room, we were taken aback when the assistant asked us if we had prepared a bottle of milk along, to soothe the baby after the circumcision. We told him that we had no idea that we had to do so, and we were not informed by the female staff we spoke to on the phone upon booking.
The doctor then came in shortly after 2 to 3 minutes of waiting. My wife had to hold my baby son's hands, and I had to hold down his legs when the circumcision took place. Needless to say, we were both shocked and traumatized upon seeing the circumcision took place right before our very eyes. My baby son immediately cried at the start of the circumcision procedure, and was still in very fussy state thereafter. At the end of the circumcision, the male doctor just went inside his room rather coldly, without giving us an opportunity to thank him. We just left abruptly and thanked his assistant instead. All in all, not recommended, due to the rude and unprofessional behaviour of its staff, no proper system for patients, and the lack of explaining in detail what we will have to expect as parents through and during the process. My wife and I will not be coming back to Dr Zailan for any future medical appointments.

β β β β β This is the best doctor. Doctor Zailan have been our family doctor ever since I am 7yrs old. All the staff there is very friendly and courteous. Now i am turning 39yrs old and the clinic still maintain their services. From circumcision a baby girl to baby boy all is good. Reasonable price and they listen to their patient need carefully. Kudos to them and Inshallah may Doctor Zailan business prosper. Amin.

β β β β β My son just had his circumcision this morning. His appointment was at 11.20am, but his turn was at nearly 12 noon.
Mother can't go in, so he went in with my father.
I'm waiting just outside the room, separated by a door. About 10 mins later, heard him crying, very softly, guessed it was the moment he got the jab. He is still crying throughout, but what disappoint and disheartened me were the Doctor's word. He scolded my son, REPEATEDLY saying, 'Stubborn! Degil!'
My son was just 6, and older kids before him did cry too. Why on earth must he say all those words to a child patient, who was just expressing how he feels. Its painful, its disturbing, even an adult agrees!
Doctors especially handling children surgery, SHOULD NOT act that way!

β β β β β For sunat, HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED. For a βmuslimβ doctor, thereβs no greetings, no introduction, no sincerity. Yes you do the βjobβ for me, at the same time, Iβm paying for your service. Major disrespect from the doctor.
