β β β β β I came to know this outlet thru advertisement but i am glad being served by this Hearing Consultant, Ms Jorene SON.
She is patience and will attend w extra miles even though beyond working hours. I would said she is experienced in explaining why, how to overcome those who first time having hearing issue
I will recommend friends and those who need to have a trial test, look for her for her advice.

β β β β β Good service provided by audiologist Jeanette. She is very helpful and polite in serving me. She listens to me attentively and helps to resolve my hearing issue with her professionalism. She is kind enough to see me although I didn't make appointment and spend her after working hours. Now, I am able to manage my hearing aids well after her dedicated reminder going through the maintenance process with me. Thank you!

β β β β β Had a very pleasant hearing test session here. The hearing test is free unless you want the test report to purchase any hearing aid gadgets. No upsell at all.
The doctor is super nice and personal that he explains the test result (things like decibel, frequency) to you in terms laymen can well understand. My test results shows that I have a normal hearing, the doctor patiently explains to me that I don't need any hearing aid, he even let me use the hearing aid earbuds so I that I'm convinced that it doesn't make a difference to me.
Overall I highly recommend anyone who wish to have a hearing test to choose this place. As the doctor is really genuine and kind : )

The product is excellent. And as it is custom mould, it fits perfectly into my ear.
Never knew that I have been missing out on so much sounds all these years. It is definitely a good feeling been able to hear everything as before.??
