I came here to do my VTL arrival supervised ART test. The reception downstairs and registration staff were polite but the personnel who did the test was absolutely rude. It was supposed to be a supervised self test. When he held the test stick close to my nose, I made enquiry. Instead of telling me he would do it for me (which I have no problem with), he told me not to waste his time. There was no one there except me. Truly it will not take him more than 30 seconds to explain the procedure. I have always opt for Raffles Medical services because of their professionalism. This is very disappointing. I have planned to come here for my next pre-departure test. Will definitely not come here

Good ground staff, ie reception and usher who was an extremely patient young lady. She was the first port of call for all who wanted to pass through the clinic, having to repeat herself endlessly. All who want to see the medics or have appointments for PCR etc. here HAVE TO firstly scan and the Heath Declaration QR code and fill out the online form at the door. Then you take a queue number, even if you have a so-called booked appointment ( for PCR testing). The bottleneck is waiting to register at the reception. Other than that, once registered, call to get the swab done very quick and procedure itself very well done.

My 2YO was denied any sort of medical attention as he was running a fever and unvaccinated. Because the clinic does not have the right manpower to perform ART/PCR on unvaccinated children. Will be following up with MOH & SMC

Booked an appt for HPV vaccine under CHAS programme in their website. Got email and sms confirmation on the date. Went there on the given date 17 Jun 2022 but was told by the counter staff that they ran out of stock. I was puzzled why make us do the appt booking online but the clinic was not aware of it. The counter staff asked for my contact number so that they will call when the stock arrive the following week. Waited for 2+ weeks and no call from them. Called the clinic multiple times daily but forever unanswered. Went down to the clinic today, this time the counter staffs were more friendly and assured us that they will give us a call when the stock arrived. Gave 3 stars for making 2 wasted trips to the clinic and phone forever unanswered.

Would have rated negative star if i could. The wait was horrendous. Waited 30 mins to see the doctor - doctor took 5 mins and waited more than 30 mins for my meds (i was next in queue for my meds). The wait doesn't make sense when the clinic isnt packed at all. Remember to bring a book and coffee when you come.

One of the female counter staff ask question rudely, as if i want to take extra medicine. After consulting the doctor. I am already sick. I go there only to confirm my official ART + result ! If you are under stress working there go and resign ! You are lucky i never blow up in there !

The process was smooth and decent. Had to do another check up due to my lack of prep for not bringing my spectacles. The issue was that day while I was waiting for the results, the lady told me to wait for them to mail it in 1 week but nothing came. Had to come down again to take the same form that looked like nothing changed on it.

Counter staff was great. Easy registration and polite. However,the doctor,was intimidating. I had very little sleep the night before visiting the doctor due to pain in a certain area of my body. When the doctor was checking the good side,she was rather rough. Thus when she was going to check the problematic area, my body flinch. Instead of being caring and sympathetic, I was told off by the doctor to hold still or she won't access the problem. I've been to other clinics,hospitals and polyclinic. By far she has the worst response attitude. I mean,it's not like I'm not paying for the service. I hope she can gain a little compassion for her patients.
