Went in looking to buy a tablet just before LNY2022, there were a bunch of 7 promoters chatting behind the laptops section. Approached them but none could advise on the Samsung Tablet cause the promoter for the tablet isn't around. No one seems to want to do any sales of their represented brand(from their shirt).. Thankfully as I left, there was a Samsung shop just opposite, I had a much better experience there and my s7. (Go there instead, same pricing, u will only miss out the V points or V$)

This complaint is regarding the 2 lady cashier on duty today around 8.45pm to 9pm. I purchased the Razer ornata v2 keyboard and I was told I am able to check the inside only after make payment, so I make payment. After checking everything ok inside just got a little bit dusty inside, the lady I believe her name shall be annie which is indicated on the receipt help me to pack the keyboard back into the box. During packing, the keyboard dropped and crashed onto the cashier desk. I told her I want to exchange because I cannot accept to bring a crashed newly bought item home. After that, she told us to do exchange at the back of the store the exchange counter so I go, later again, I was told to go back to the cashier counter to proceed on the refund because they do not have extra stock for the razer ornata v2 keyboard. During processing the refund payment, Annie was processing with the very unhappy attitude and told me the credit card refund will took 14 days? Are you going to tell me challenger you are the special ones the credit card refund need to took as long as 14 days?! Wow the longest refund that I experienced in my life. Now the other ones, the younger cashier lady, ask Annie what happened and she STARRED AT ME AND ROLLED HER EYES AT ME! a waste that she applied eyeliner and eyelashes on her! and now challenger team, that where this complain letter is directed, I demand for your reply, did u train your staff to stare and rolling eyes to the customers? why this staff I behaving like this to me? You should ask your staff to stare and roll your eyes to you and let me know how you feel ! In summary, I went to your outlet and happily bought my desired items, end up your staff to make mistake, she is unwillingful to assist me on the checking process results in she accidentally crashed the keyboard on her cashier desk and the another busy body young lady cashier came and show me attitude ! I demand for explaination and please reply to my feedback. Thank you.

This is one of the nicest Shopping malls that I have visited. It has pretty much everything one needs from apparels, to jewelry, to kitchen items, gardening stuff, school stuff...you name it and plenty of good eateries to have a bite..typical Singaporean mall

22 June 2022 around 8pm I went to NEX challenger I am very pleased with a staff name DAVID ( I saw his name tag) nowaday seldom see such a good patient staff able to answer all my questions and even recommended me the most suitable product for my laptop. Really hope the headquartered able to see this and reward him. thumbs up for him ?
