The vaccination process for both doses was very efficient and seamless with staff proactively guiding patients through each step. I was vaccinated within ten minutes of entering the vaccination center (which included registration etc). Complimentary hand sanitizer and face masks were provided upon leaving the vaccination centre.

Done with my 2nd jab at the same place. Excellent organisation by the Raffles Medical Group. Everything was very well organised. Recieved a bottle of complimentary hand sanstidiser and a box of surgical masks. It was a pleasant surprise. Thank you.

First time taking my vaccination at this location and it’s really a horrible process compared to other locations I’ve been to previously. The staff are clearly not coordinated. The queue was exceptionally long in a hot tent and the staff asked us to queue facing a direction, then subsequently made us move to the another location to continue queueing. Another staff almost asked us to shift back to original location to queue but thankfully not. Basically everyone looks equally lost..

My mother took booster jab here but not updated in tracetogether app. So when we came back here to ask if there was anything we could do to update the app and get official vaccination cert for travelling purpose, but the manager Emily was not helpful at all. Attitude also highly problematic. All she did was question us, "u took the booster jab on 23 March but why now only u come and ask on 14 April. theres nothing we can do to help because its none of our business". Then does it even matter which date i come and ask since u said theres nothing u can do!! Wth... I was quite shocked at her attitude.. then i asked again if there was anyone i could call or any building i could visit to resolve this, since she's obviously not willing to help. And so in d end she gave me MOH number for me to call. Well at least something. Super APPALLED and disgusted at the manager's attitude. Dont visit this branch!
