First time to the Katong outlet and my stylist was Chika San. Really love his scalp and shoulder massages! The pressure points were very firm and very relaxing! Please look for Chika San when you’re visiting! He is really good!

Not rating it lower than 5 as the stylist did provide an overall good experience. I last patronised the Outram outlet as a regular 3 years back and decided to try the Katong outlet since I have moved closer to the East. Went in expecting to be assigned to a Japanese stylist but I guess they have Malaysian stylists as well and I was assigned to one as I did not state stylist preference. I showed reference photos and she confirmed the treatment. The Keratin treatment did what it was supposed to, however it does not straighten frizzy hair like rebonding does. The cut was some what average, and was told she did not layer or change the style much as she was following my previous cut. I guess it is understandable as well as I did not want to snip off too much of the length. Overall clean, professional but I do not think I will be patronising this outlet again as I was expecting a little more out of it.

Do look for hairstylist Cyndy, she is very experienced and know what style suit you the most. Fourth time visiting this place, price very reasonable. Love the one to one service as there is no assistant, so the hairstylist will focus on one customer at a time.

Cindy is my hairstylist, very blessed to have her! Did Keratin + cut hair treatment. She's super patient and friendly right off the bat, lovely first impression! She's very very professional and forthcoming to share her advices on how to maintain my rough frizzy hair, and how to style using the straightener. No hardselling at all, definitely will come back again to find Cindy! Also it's a very clean environment nestled at Katong. Very great first impression.

Visited COVO@Katong in an attempt to find options to tame my unruly frizzy hair and for a new hair colour for CNY. I was served by Irene and she definitely surpassed my expectations. With naturally curled hair, I have never been truly satisfied with the haircuts i received elsewhere. But major love for the haircut designed by Irene...it accentuated my curls while making the crown of my head look so light!! Love the haircolour she did for me too! Will definitely return for my next haircut, colour & treatment! And will definitely recommend my family and friends to visit them!

An absolute delight to get the hair styling and colouring at this salon. Cyndy heard me properly and gave me exactly the hair style and colour I wanted. Super experience. Recommend !

Based on my friend’s recommendation and did a little investigation online , I went to COVO Katong and it was such a nice experience. It was easy to find (Right opposite Starbucks) and the staff are extremely friendly and considerate . They are also extremely professional and the place is very cozy and clean. My hairstylist was extremely sweet and considerate and gave me tips about hair care and was very gentle while treating my hair . As someone whose hair easily gets rough and frizzy due to the humid Singapore weather , I got the Keratin Treatment done in order to control it . my stylist explained the steps of treatment with clarity and gave me tips on after care. I recommend going on a weekday afternoon when the footfall is not too high. As a first- time COVO customer , I could avail a 20 % discount as well . Overall, really nice place , with professional and pleasant staff , would like to come here again.

Irene was my stylist. She takes the time to listen to what I wanted for my hair cut and highlights. Most importantly, the haircut is always very nicely done and meets the brief! The ambience at Covo is very calm, your hairstylist attends to one customer at a time. Of course, the location is superb if you are easterner like me. It just feels nicer when not in a big shopping centre. Although that’s personal preference.
