Terrible and horrible skills and service. I bought a fave deal for keratin treatment at $99 and was asked to top up $100 plus $39 for a so called Cinderella treatment. In all I paid $240 for a shocking hair treatment which caused my hair to be terribly damaged. I went back three hours later and the stylist put keratin on the parts that were frizzy and obviously damaged. He said I cannot wasH for two days. Fine and when I woke up the next morning, my hair was terrible and frizzy. I waited for an awful few hours for the salon to open and when I called and told the stylist my hair was still bad, he dared to ask me to come back a few days and when I insisted further, he had the audacity to ask me to come back in the evening. What a service!!! They simply don’t bother. And finally I managed to insist on going back right then and he said he was going to apply keratin cos apparently there’s no other treatment he could apply to my hair. Well then I dont understand why I even had to TOP up in the first place for an otherwise yet terrible hair treatment. Goodness!! As of now my hair is permanently out of shape!! I learnt my lesson and I will never visit this salon again!!

If you think that a salon situated at 313@Somerset would have decent standards, think again. Don't make the same mistake as I did of taking that mental shortcut! Signed up for a hair remodelling consultation and haircut on Fave. Stylist tried to ask me to dye my hair for an extra cost when I was there, saying that my hair colour looked 枯黄 (rough translation: looked like dead plants) Slightly insulting but alright... Then, the stylist asked what hair style I wanted when I was there. When I mentioned that I signed up for hair remodelling consultation, the stylist looked at me and asked "cut short?" Anyway, the package included: 1x Professional one-on-one hair remodelling consultation, 1x Leading stylist cut, 1x Wash and blow, 1x Hair styling BUT 1. There was no PROFESSIONAL one-on-one half remodelling consultation. 2. The hair cut was sloppy with uneven ends-- highly doubt that it's the work of a leading stylist. 3. The wash was before the hair cut and the hair cut was done when the hair is still wet. The blow was done after the hair cut. Does this count as wash and blow? 4. If hair styling meant combing of hair. Sure, there was styling. Personally, it was not a pleasant experience. Would not recommend. Gave one star for the location.

Went in for a haircut. Got a lead stylist and I insisted on a long bob but he didn't really listen to me. Kept making me wait just so that he could put hair product on his hair instead of cutting my hair. Not worth my money and time to come to this place. Best to look for somewhere else that cares for what hairstyle you want.

Salon functions using lies and deceit. Look for salon reviews that highlights how they will not refund you. Salon scammed money by making you sign package and letting you know that you can refund, and then subsequently tell you that you cannot refund. Rude staff and their “marketing team” which is one person will ghost you if you ever try to contact her. She will lie and say that her boss will look into it, but after that will not reply you or ask the boss to call you. Look for reviews that seems more human like than bought.

I am new to the area and was a bit apprehensive about trying a different keratin treatment. Kelvin styled my hair and gave a very thorough and professional consult, was very happy with time and attention and hair finish . The studio was spotless. Very relaxing , would recommend.

I had the best haircut in my life at this place. The stylist, Kevin, such a genuine person, from the heart. I felt so warm and welcomed. He took attention into details as well.

I’ve been with the salon for 3 years now and of cos, I did try other salons but I always ended up coming back! Professional work and the service I receive here all the time. I know I can leave my hair in his good hands and always walking up having really good hair! Strongly recommend this place to anyone! And I’ve recommended many friends here too and they all love it. Just give it a try and you will know!

Walked in without an appointment as my Fave voucher could not be used at another salon nearby. The hair cut costed $58 (no discount) but the hair stylist promoted a scalp and hair treatment offer which costed another $120. Overall the service is not bad ambience is quite good but hair stylist is very pushy. I dislike this kind of hard sell at salons.
