Served by a 百万 cashier. The other crew were great.. busy.
Wanted to order different stuff but 百万 pointed me to the fixed set menu on the displayed board. In the end, got what I wanted.
Ordered Chengdol, 百万 'Sold out'. Its 12noon and I'm not convinced that's the answer.
I would prefer a truth than a lie.
Didn't know it's a franchise shop as I was hoping to patronize an individual setting up his/her biz.
So much for dedication to works and service with a smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have order chicken combo, while paying asked to add drink at $1.30 but the staff said not allow due to staff saying he cannot void entry and ask me to pay normal price for the drink. Ridiculous. Train your staff properly so they don't come up with silly excuses why they cannot give your own promotion.

So he show me a face like its my fault. the way he pass me the food is like i take FREE food from crave HELLO i paid for my food its NOT FREE. please ask ur staff to wake up we don owe anything.... I WILL NEVER NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. ITS OK U MAY THINK THAT ITS OK JUST ONE CUSTOMER JUST WAIT FOR MORE CUSTOMER DO NOT VISIT AGAIN. SUPER BAD SERVICE...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is really bad. Rice taste like plain white rice and the bergedil taste very tough (feels like its cooked days ago). In summary this is just like an overpriced caifan with only fried ingredients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think overall their nasi lemak is tasty. The chicken wings are nice and crispy. That is the plus point.
However I find the rice a little dry. The ikan bilis is kind of bland and tasteless. The price is kind of expensive but maybe it's because they are located in a mall. Based on my experience, other outlets serve better nasi lemak, hope they can improve.
