โ โ โ โ โ I ordered the beef pepper lunch. First of all, taste wise it is good but portion size is same as you add-on a set-meal bowl of rice, very little.

โ โ โ โ โ The lady at the cashier was handing out utensils . Unhygienic as she was holding them on their head ! With bare hands . Yuck ?
No F&B training...
And the beef on their set is so sparse this time. It's not our first time ordering here. But this time , So little!

โ โ โ โ โ Noticed that they put in more pepper than other pepper kitchen stalls, and also are more generous with the beef.
Overall a good experience. Food was served really quickly despite a queue. Recommend adding the sauce whilst mixing the food together.

โ โ โ โ โ Rude cashier lady at plq. Visited the outlet three times and got the promotion booklet from her during the first visit.
During the second visit, i fulfil the condition to get free add on for every 3 stickers, but she refused to give me the add on as she did not know how to key into the system and ask me to claim on the third vist.
During the third visit, i went to claim for the same free add on but was rejected once again and asked to claim on the next visit after having 5 stickers.
The purpose of the promotion is to attract recurring customers but the staff is not trained and rude to customer.
Very bad experience

โ โ โ โ โ Must see the young chefโs crispy movements while in action, almost like dancing. Rice is peppery as expected. Added my own baby asparagus, maybe the kitchen should consider adding too.
