I have received unprofessional sercive at creme city Square mall. I go to get hair wash. Price they show is 20-25. Elder lady said just 10 mins waiting time. After that no update. One of the assistant girls told me I'll be charged 35 after I waited for more than 30 mins. It was very unprofessional and no respect for first time customer. I decided not to wash and left. I won't ever visit again.

There is hairstylist wendy. Honestly she does the worse hair job. She cut my hair anyhow and my treatment so poorly! So unprofessional. Do not destroy your hair by wendy

I came across this salon while window shopping at City Square some time last year. Ive never stuck to a single salon before, this is the first one that i kept coming back to. Belle is amazing, thanks to her expertise my previously fried hair is growing so nicely. I especially love how i could just show her a photo of the kind of color I want to have, and she executes it perfectly and exactly as per the photo. Many of my girlfriends are now visiting this outlet to have their hair done by her. Thanks Belle for your amazing service every single time!!

Went to Créme+ Hairdressing (City Square Mall outlet) to dye my hair for the first time and I cannot help but complement them for their outstanding service and top-notch professionalism!! Was served by Victo who was nothing short of patient and understanding… he took time to listen to my ideas and even provided constructive suggestions which really made me reassured with the whole process :) He chose to bleach my hair with a product that wouldn’t cause too much damage to my roots, even though that would mean that he would need to tend to me longer. What impressed me the most was the fact that he and Vivi stayed for 2 hours past closing time just to complete my treatment! Have honestly never been to a salon that was so customer-centric!! They kept checking up on me and asked if I needed dinner, going well beyond their job scope just to give the best possible experience for anyone that walks in.. After the dye, they even curled my hair voluntarily and gave super detailed advice on how to maintain my hair colour. Can tell that they care for all customers and will not take any shortcuts!! Overall, the entire service was extremely affordable too and I highly highly recommend anyone and everyone to pay them a visit. Once again, thank you to Victo and Vivi and I will definitely be coming back again!!!

Went to City Square Mall- stylist Anna Please do not go to them if you have sensitive scalp, they say they are using L’Oréal’s inoa organic hair colouring but it causes my sensitive scalp to flake for 5 days !! I had Inoa before and it did not cause my sensitive scalp to act up, maybe it’s because they coated my whole scalp with the dye ?? They also did not sweep the hair from the previous cut and I was made to sit on top of it ! The corners was also filled with hair. The cut was the same as the previous reviews, I asked specifically to thin my hair out my hair, and the stylist replied hair too thin not good and just did a trim off my hair ends and fridge based on her own decision !

Really sad cause I paid 32 dollars for a trim (I have a short Bob and bangs) and the botched it. My bangs are so uneven and short. The lady also kept talking to me which is fine but it was so soft that I couldn't hear so it felt really awkward. Never. Again.

Reasonably priced and no product or package hardselling!!! Will go to them regularly. Their staff friendly and not flibbertigibbet at all. When I first arrived at the salon, they were both occupied so the lady told me to come back in 30mins time so I did. No waiting for me
