Q & M Dental Centre - City Square Mall

Great root canal treatment by Dr Andy Lim but treatment is overpriced and not transparent. $3200 for root canal of 2 tooth. The amount of $600 for Endo post & core was not made known to me throughout the 2 sessions of visit by Dr Lim, over the counter and message enquiry. The treatment fees were expensive to begin with and imagine being charged extra $600 to your final bill without being informed despite several enquiries made. I'm partly to blame as it was an emergency and I didn't had the time to ask around and Google for reviews. After my treatment, through word of mouth and Google reviews, qnm is actually quite well known for being overpriced and not transparent with their price breakdown. Great service but think thrice before visiting if cost and transparency are big considering factors for you. Edit: Already emailed and was given an unsatisfactory reply. Just dropping a review here to warn others.

Dr Azlan Daud is the best!! he performed a root canal treatment for me and i barely felt any pain! before we began, he explained everything to me clearly (in both the medical term and layman term) and shared a lot of information about my tooth issue and the procedure so that i fully understand what i am about to go through. this made me feel more comfortable and safe. he was very very very compassionate, skilful, and competent. he checked in on me every step on the way to make sure that i am ok and was not in pain. he is truly an expert in his field, and an outstanding Doctor. thank you Dr.Azlan!

Had awesome experience Doctor Clement eng zhen is truly someone who takes care of the patients and make sure patients understand what he is doing and why.

I've just gotten a wisdom tooth taken out by Dr Fadzleigh at Q&M Dental Centre (City Square) and my god, it was such a GREAT experience! NO PAIN AT ALL! At first, I went into the clinic extremely afraid and nervous, not knowing what to expect (First time ever removing a tooth) but Dr Fadzleigh was such an amazing, professional dentist that I literally felt no pain! Not only that, he was very careful with the procedure and really comforting, making the whole process so much more better. If you're ever thinking of getting a tooth remove or any other dental issue, Dr Fadzleigh is really the guy to go to! Both me and my partner under went procedures with him and each time it was amazing! Thank you Dr Fadzleigh and everyone at Q&M Dental Centre (City Square) for giving me such a wonderful experience :)

I took my 5 yr old daughter to Q&M Dental Centre at City Square Mall on Friday as she had complaint about having sensitivity on one of her molar tooth. Dr. SHAFIQ was the one who took care of my daughter. Did an X-ray and he suggested that she need a root canal. I have to believe what the doc says so we agreed upon the root canal and to put a crown later. He had to keep her mouth open wide using something which caused damage to my daughter's mouth. The pictures I uploaded shows it all. No further explaining. Since Friday evening until today, i.e Sunday she cries while opening her mouth and is not eating anything as she says it hurts and burns when she eat something. Forget about Pay $1014 for the root canal treatment, the pain that she is going through now is really stressful for her and even for me as her mom. See her hungry but she refuses to eat as she is scared to eat. I know children's skin is more softer and can tear easily but if they had been a bit gentle and had been more cautious, this would have not happened. Along with the fat bill you hand out to the patient, you should give satisfactory and deserving services too. BTW, the wound in the pics looks better now as it's almost healing. I forgot to click a picture when it was really painful and was fresh.

Dr Low have always been very patient and and reassuring during my treatments, he always makes sure to make me comfortable and explains thoroughly to make sure I understand what he's doing. He's super efficient too! I like that I don't have to spend too long in the chair unless necessary. :)

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Sapphire and Dr. Andy for the amazing work on my dental crown& root canal treatment. Thank you for your efforts and time. It really means a lot to me. From the moment I entered the consultation room, your team made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The whole experience was tremendously positive and painless! ??

Dr Badrun made my whiny 2 yr old son so comfortae, he did not cry or wimp a bit throughout the half hr session and even sat on his own. My son's eyes were fixated on the screen with all the whirring sounds going on and zoned out. My son always hates opening mouth for his PDs and sometimes uncooperative for school checks. He actually left his mouth wide opened for Dr Badrun to run his precleaning checks (see pics) He was patient and did not rush into the routine. We hung out at the sofa area with toys to warm my son up. Knowing my son loves peppa pig, he knew the exact season and episode that talks abt dentist visit and relates himself to Dr Elephant in the cartoon haha. He was wearing a superhero shirt instead of the usual Doc's coat which makes it more friendly for kids (especially those with white coat phobia). I previously bought my son for his 1 y.o. check at a kid's dentist at Mt E. Maybe my son was too young to understand anything but the doctor didn't even try interacting with my son. He had a large screen on the ceiling also playing peppa pig yet my son still looked frightened. I felt warming up between doc and patient would have been helpful to very young toddlers. Though it was expensive but it was money well spent since Dr Badrun is a specialist in PD dentistry. Definitely coming back again!
