It was a bad experience with Crestar fan, it died after 3 months, replaced by technician then died again after 6 months, try to fix it again difficult to find the time slot, always full, at least succeed after several attempts, the technician didn't show up, they asked me to try the booking again, no time slot available for another weekday. Decided to buy another brand with better sales service.

Awesome product. Once after changed battery and remote control not working. WhatsApp support and got a YouTube to self rectify. Everything in 5 min. Beat support by a electrical appliance company.

The technician was professional. He did the job efficiently with great care. Even cleaned up the fan blades before the repair. The fans work perfectly after his servicing.??thank Cheryl you too are very friendly and patient.

My Review is for Meggie. I am very impressed by Meggie professionalism and attitude.She show character of will try to do her very best to accommodate to the customer needs and patience,from the showroom explanation to arrange the timing of fixing.. The Technician Ken is also good as being veri punctual,fast, polite and helpful. Hoping Crestar will Keep up the basic goodwork and the after sales service.Will recommend to a friend if need.

Very quick after sale service after reporting a 6 year old Savannah fan making weird noises. Changed motor unit and received new fan blades. Replies were quick and price is acceptable. Satisfied with the whole experience.

Long overdue review. We are corporate Landlord and have been ordering numerous Crestar Fans for our tenanted properties all these years. We have wonderful experience dealing with Joyce (Sales) and Connie (Service) and wish to commend highly on their excellent, prompt and professional service, especially the after sales service support from them all these years. Both Connie and Joyce have always gone the extra mile to provide us with excellent and prompt service, always patient and courteous, responding to our calls for help even after their normal working hours. Our congratulations to Crestar for having such high quality and dedicated sales and service staff.

Due to the raving reviews we got from the grapevine, we decided to get our first Crestar ceiling fan for our old flat prior to moving on to a new place. However, this transaction was sadly a glitch-ridden one when we were least expecting it. We chose Crestar's DC Aerolite over their Valueair because of the larger lighting screen and we also wanted very strong windiness in a west facing room where the afternoon sun was prevalent. However, the ordeal started when their electricians marched in for installation. We were startled by the arrival of a full white for the DC Aerolite 50 inches. Perhaps it was due to miscommunication as the display sets were silver-bodied (with the word "crestar" embossed on it) with either transparent/ black blades. We requested for white blades at the showroom and asked if a full white version for DC Aerolite 50 inches was available. We had been informed that the white body was not available but they could customise the white blades with the silver-bodied fan for us. As such, we were expecting to see whatever that was communicated to us in the showroom. She told us that the warehouse had given us what we wanted. We couldn't help but feel puzzled when she had in fact told us explicitly that there was no white body available at the point of purchase. We decided to accept the white fan anyway. After the installers left, it then daunted upon us that Crestar gave us the wrong type of lighting cover, different fr the one in their showroom. We wanted exactly what was shown in the showroom - a flat faced lighting cover. Not a dome shaped cover! Due to the turn of events, we couldn't help but question the sales rep if we had been assigned the correct model? She was quick to apologise & admitted that she made a mistake over the lighting cover. Since the lighting cover could be taken down easily based on what she had mentioned, we decided to make a trip down on our own to do the exchange. Afterall, the traffic in their showroom and the volume of customers were observed to be relatively high. However we soon realised that we were having trouble dismantling the lighting cover on the day of exchange which falls on a busy Saturday where we had other urgent errands to do. We were already boiling with anger by the time we saw a label on an obscured part of the fan body, suggestive that this wasn't DC Aerolite 50?? We went to the office immediately and spoke to the boss. Fortunately he made a very earnest effort in addressing our concerns and uncertainties over the fan. We were also pleasantly surprised by his humble demeanor as he assured us that we had been given the correct model. And, we also wanted to take this opportunity to thank their technician for coming down shortly to do rectification works. We were very relieved that he seems skillful and meticulous when doing the rectification works. He also reiterated what the boss had taught us over the use of their remote control. Aside from the earlier glitches we had with their sales rep, the Crestar Aerolite 50 turned out to be a real winner for us - we are won over by its superb windiness! The room felt ice cold like an air conditioned room on a rainy evening with just speed 2 or 3 for a relative who slept over and breezy for us during a very hot afternoon with speed 3, and alot cooler when we step up to speed 4. But when seated directly under the fan for a prolonged period of time (10 mins or more) we felt as if we were turning into ice blocks. We also found all 3 lighting options useful given their dimming function. Crestar DC Aerolite fan quality has far surpassed our expectations given our previous experiences with some other brands. We are now keeping our fingers crossed that it would be durable. We would still recommend Crestar. However, it would be highly advisable to confirm that all specifications be stipulated succinctly on the invoice and validated before buying.

Crestar staff Cherly was very helpful and patient. She gave sound and reasonable advise to meet our needs including why we can consider replacing the fan than spending money to repair the parts. Ken the installer was also very helpful and friendly. He shared how they would ensure the safety with the installation and i was very glad for the safety quality they offered! Very pleased with the purchases at good discount! Will definitely return back to use Crestar.
