★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shelves and what not are positioned too closely to one another leaving little space to maneuver around. There was nobody around to enforce the scanning of safe entry QR code or social distancing either. Otherwise, the shopping experience would be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popular Bookstore is IMO a huge stationery store and that is where it excels. The name is a bit of a misnomer. Should be called Popular Stationery Store. Nothing wrong with the niche that it has chosen for itself. It does very well. Helpful and pleasant staff here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It may be a 'bookstore' but there's also a great I.T. section, especially music speakers! Conversely, limited selection on books..but friendly n helpful staff will assist you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are friendly and helpful. If current store doesn't have stock, they are willing to help to locate stock in other stores or assist with reserve. Not only are selling stationary and books, stores are also selling utensils too. Point to note is certain items are not their core products, then the varieties are limited.
