Customer service was great. I made a mistake by purchasing a sink too big and and they allow for an exchange.

My toilet bowl was leaking. It didn’t help that it was one of those that are built-in and tiled up to appear sleekly fitting into the bathroom. Crizto was able still to detect the source of the leak. While I had to replace the whole WC because of its previously built-in set-up, Crizto did it not just efficiently but also very neatly. Amos and his fellow worker were organised and well prepared. By the time they finished, the bathroom was cleared of all debris. A very good job indeed.

Really great service from both the sales team and the technicians. Good attention to detail and a job well done, technicians were knowledgeable and took the time to explain and answer my questions.

I decided to give Crizto a shot after reading the great reviews and I am very glad I did. If you are looking for an experienced, meticulous and yet creative plumber, then Crizto is the one. They installed exposed water pipes in my bathroom and their workmanship was ???. I know the difference coz I had bad plumbing work done before and was none the wiser then. Therefore with Crizto, I was not going to let their good reviews cloud my judgement. From my 1st conversation with their boss Amos, I requested for some customization to the pipes and he was able to add on to my idea to make it even better. I knew I was on the right track! The final look of the installation was a dream. It had all the fittings I wanted and the installation went very smoothly. Not to mention, his men were skillful and well-mannered. Thank you Crizto!! I will call on you again for the next plumbing job!! ???

Amazing workmanship and service! A few months ago my home received an unusually high water bill.. we called the Singapore Plumbing Society to engage someone to help fix the problem. A few hours later, Amos from Crizto shows up.. for those who need an English speaking plumber, Amos is your man! Crizto managed to fix our leak (which was under our driveway) within just a couple of days.. their workmanship is superb. On to the next project.. We recently did some light addition and alteration to an apartment.. if you are dreading engaging a separate contractor for flooring, painting, cleaning etc, Crizto is also the company to look for! Amos took care of everything! Special mention must go to their on site project manager Michael and his team.. they are the most patient and dedicated workers I have ever come across in Singapore.. they were happy to fix every small issue, and did so with a smile.. Besides the great workmanship, I would recommend Crizto mainly because of their work ethic.. Unlike most contractors, they were never late, and are always responsive to messages and calls. Just to share a sincere appreciation to the Crizto Team. Excellent Job!!! If you are looking for a water leak surgeon, Crizto are the right people. I had a leak buried in concrete in my house. I can hear water flow but cannot see. My regular plumber seems lost. Don't know what to do. I contacted PUB. PUB said they don't do leak detection anymore, please contact "Singapore Plumbing Society" ...[alamak!]. Lucky Cizto Boss Amos picked up. They came on that same day. Use high tech listening equipment. Located the leak. Knew where the regular risers was. Next day started work. Navigated a new pipe around the garden and into the riser. Removed grass and wooden decking. Operated carefully on the concrete. Clinically cutting open the concrete riser. Enough to seal and re connect. Then replaced and reinstated the grass, wooden deck and seal the concrete. Amazing job in less than 8 hours. Next day did the finishing to bury the by pass pipe. Change my gate valve and called in the PUB guy. I am impressed. Plus next day gave me a line drawing and a report and told me I can claim water leak from PUB. Also some extra work they did like welding the manhole and etc, I am speechless. Thank you Crizto, Thank you Amos and his men. Truely recommended license plumber.

I recently engaged Crizto for some works in my home. From the moment I made contact with the company, I was met with professionalism. Ms Wendy attended to my call and arranged an appointment at the earliest opportune time. Her follow-up was always prompt and her explanations and provision of information detailed. Mr Mani, the main technician who was present at my home on all days of the project, was courteous throughout. He worked diligently and was pleasant, responsible and always respectful. Mr Mani's work attitude is truly exemplary and he is indeed an asset to the company. Mr Amos Phua, the boss of Crizto was also personally involved in the works in my home. He remained contactable throughout the project and was always responsive, ready to address any questions that a client like myself had. He also exercised flexibility when it was due and topmost on his mind was ensuring that the project was done to a high standard, one that was satisfactory to the customer. He never compromised on quality and would provide updates during the course of the project, even personally checking the final works to ensure a good outcome. I am highly impressed by the services rendered by the staff at Crizto. In particular, I am confident that under the leadership of Mr Amos Phua, the company will continue to provide excellent service to its future clients and continue to maintain the good reputation it deserves in the industry.

Recently, I engaged Crizto to replace my concealed shower mixer at a Condo development in the West. 2 technicians came on 2 occasions; the 1st occasion to hack out, remove the old malfunctioned mixer & install a new mixer and the 2nd occasion to put back the wall tiles after ascertaining that the new mixer was working well with no leaks. Their technicians were highly professional; attentive to minor details & careful to minimize the hack area so that only 1pc of wall tile was removed. Although it might be a small job, it was still photographed & properly documented. The workmanship was excellent & the new mixer was installed neatly with all the affected areas & walkway protected during the works; cleared & restored upon completion. I am greatly satisfied with the overall job and will not hesitate to recommend them to any household who is looking for a highly qualified licensed plumber.
