★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In all honesty, Viva Nueva is not the cheapest but product quality, it matches. So that matters most since we all need something that is durable and has a longer life-span especially for bath wares.
I am the kind of person who prefers to see and touch the product before purchasing, so online purchase is definitely a no-go for me when it comes to bath wares.
Went to the showroom at T-Space and was greeted by Amber. Amber was very helpful and her product knowledge is awesome too. Best is she even get my "malay" jokes while we shop. ?
Shopping was a breeze since Amber understands what i was looking for and reccomends accordingly. && most importantly, no hard selling from her.
During the delivery of toilet fittings at site. There was a lil miscommunication but Amber was quick to response and rectify the problem immediately. Even throw in a lil freegift which i wasn't even expecting at all!
Her after sales support is amazing which i feel is the most important part for any service provider.
I would like to Thanked Amber (LY) from Tampines showroom for the awesome customer service rendered. She deserves a recognition! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great shopping experience, reasonably priced, not overcrowded and have a good range of bathroom fittings.
Like to compliment the excellent service provided by Amber! She was knowledgeable, honest, friendly, not pushy with sales and was very patient with us while we deliberated on the items we needed, even when we changed our minds a couple of times!
Great support and responsiveness by her when we have questions over the phone and helped flexible in managing delivery of items due to ever changing renovation schedule.
