Traveling is easy as near the Train and bus station.
Nearby Expressway which is perfect for driving.
Greenery and feel like on holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ only have 1 bathroom to share for 5 rooms, and its filthy, the "living room" full of dust and things, on top of that, someone keep smoking there. the kitchen is a nightmare, im disgusted to even touch the fridge handle, its sticky and dirty, the stove though new, was sticky and moldy, the sink was cracking and dirty, and the washing machine was dirty and nasty. the entire unit smells bad, and leaking in front of my room. not reccomended to stay here, though convenient, not worth the price you pay to stay there.
edit: i have been staying for 1 year here so overtime during my stay here, the issue got progressively worse.
