Absolutely fantastic service, with two very professional but calm ladies with a sense of humour. They helped me get organised when I was rummaging around, trying to find all the info I need and I had my test results within 15 mins and the certificate within an hour or so, for a same-day flight back to London. Will go back to this place if this pandemic doesn't ease up soon. So should you.

I came because of the good reviews but had an unpleasant experience. The nurse tried to take my blood twice unsuccessfully. I was asked to pump my fist several times for her to identify my vein. When she still couldn’t seem to see my vein clearly, she asked if I exercised or lifted weights and told me it would help. This was with my left arm. I offered her my right arm if it was clearer to see the veins there. She proceeded to go with my left arm but said the blood wasn’t flowing out. She then asked if I drank enough water before I came. I’ve done blood tests while in a fasting state and still not had any issues with getting the blood drawn. She then tried to draw blood from a vein near my wrist. She was also unsuccessful on this second attempt. She asked if I was feeling very scared and claimed that's why my veins closed up. I have never been told this kind of thing in any other clinic. Even if I am apprehensive, my blood tests are usually done in a matter of minutes. Once my hand is extended, the clinician usually just inserts the needle and gets it done on the spot. I had my blood drawn two weeks ago and it was fast and quick with experienced personnel. I also got full blood work done earlier this year. I’ve never had such an issue where they couldn’t locate my vein or get the blood drawn once they did. The nurse seemed very inexperienced for the way she had to go around looking for my vein, the questions she asked me (about exercising, drinking enough water or being scared). Even after pumping my fist, it didn’t seem to help. In the end, I left without getting the blood test done as I was already too traumatised and didn’t want to have another needle inserted after these two attempts. The receptionist was warm, the clinic was clean but they did waive my consultation fee in the end. However, it was a bad experience which left me feeling very disappointed and upset.

This is the best clinic in Singapore!!! I drive 20min to come here because the customer service is the best! The nicest staff who do their best to squeeze you in and make you feel at home for your short visit. Can’t recommend enough!

Clinic is located conveniently near Aljunied Station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Dr Gerald is very caring and patience too. I took up their gold health screening package and its very comprehensive! Highly recommended!!! ? ?

Doctor Gerald is friendly and attentive. Good! Recently I went to the clinic again to do ART. It’s professional and I like it that it is not crowded. It’s important now that Covid is rampant. It’s also not a SASH and PHPC clinic. So I felt safer. Thanks for ensuring it’s a safe environment!

I am so happy that I came across this clinic recently. I have visited Dr. Gerald on several occasions now, and I must say that my experience in his clinic has been the most pleasant one I have ever had. The clinic staff are really competent and polite, and Dr Gerald himself is a brilliant doctor with a very calm and comforting personality. Really happy to see all the other 5-star reviews here because it is truly deserved, congratulations!

I came back from my VTL trip and after 3 different countries and multiple swab tests done and the 7 days post travel testing back in Singapore, I feel a great need to share here that this clinic is by far the best experience I have had, period. The staff here really did their best to make me feel at ease before my swab tests with light banter and if they can do this much for as simple as a swab test, I cannot imagine the extent they will go for more serious stuff for other patients. 5 stars indeed!
