The guys and girls at CYC are fantastic! The customer service is responsive and efficient, they take great pride in what they do and the actual job done on the moving day was first class. Special thanks to the team supervisor Ishwaran who was friendly and well organised; and to Jessica who is always available to answer questions, arrange extra packing materials, etc. CYC was recommended by a friend and we would certainly recommend them to others / would use them again!

The team from CYC has been fantastic and professional in their service right from the start. Jessica handled the engagement and quotation with utmost professionalism. Her response to questions and concerns was almost immediate. An incident happened where the water hose for my washing machine was leaking after the move. Without argument or any denial of responsibilities, they came the next day with a replacement hose. My move was handled by Yazid and his team. They are friendly bunch and works very fast. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended. A professional and responsible team.

We had a really nice experience with CYC from the time they conducted a survey to the day of the move itself. Our various requests prior to the move were attended to promptly and satisfactorily. The moving team itself was very professional, very careful with all our belongings and made it a very comfortable process for us. On top of that great value for money.

Together with the help from Jessica, the whole team has proven to be trust-worthy and assuring from start to finish. From early on when we had the virtual site visit, Jessica’s professionalism certainly put my mind at ease. She had been so engaging and responsive to my queries leading up to the move. On the actual move date, Iswaran and the team exceeded my every expectation and went that extra mile to make sure the move was seamless. Not only did they treat my belongings with utmost care, they were thoughtful enough to offer advice on how to best position/configure the furniture given the space constraints. Despite it being a walk-up apartment, the team displayed an incredible amount of patience and attention to details. Having relocated in the region multiple times, CYC is by far the best moving/logistics company I’ve worked with. I don’t usually leave Google reviews, but the team certainly deserves the recognition. Shortlisted a few movers and ultimately decided to go with CYC Movers. My first point of contact, Jessica Chua really impressed me. Jessica was friendly, pleasant and experienced while we did video conferencing for the site survey. She was efficient and prompt as i received her quotation on the same day of video call! She was patient in replying all my enquiries pertaining to the package. She was also very reassuring in addressing all my concerns. On the day of move, Izrul, Yazid and team did a fantastic job. All my bulky furniture were very well protected, professionally wrapped by the team with plastic wrap and blankets done. Dismantle and reassembly of my bunk bed, dining table etc were swift and all's well after the move. The team's action were fast during the move yet tactful while handling my stuff. Overall, I am satisfied with CYC Movers and would definitely re-engage them shld the need arise. Although CYC quotation may be slightly higher than the rest, i felt it worthwhile. They do not reuse boxes, all brand new and return not required. Some movers request for return of boxes otherwise charges applied. Lastly, the work attitude and dedication by Jessica, Izrul, Yazid and team had contributed to me entrusting CYC Movers again. They have made my house move a seamless and worry-free one. The team is very organised and each of them knew their roles very well. My experience with them is very pleasant. From wrapping to carrying of the items, every movement is well planned and executed with swift and care. Mr Kannan and his team is a pleasure to work with and they help each other which makes it even better. I would recommend CYC to anyone who expect professionalism and great customer service. Kuddos to the admin team (Jessica) to expedite the instructions perfectly to the team.
