★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hassle free owner which makes the rental experience seamless and effortless. I have enjoyed myself going Round The Island with this road bike! Truly a wonderful experience as this is my first time using a road bike before deciding to buy one. I would recommend anyone to rent as there are a variety of models and sizes to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's been a long time since I've cycled. Managed to rent two of their bikes on a Saturday evening! Collection point was nearby the PCN, process was fuss-free and instructions from owner were clear and helpful. It was my first time riding a road bike! Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gocycling Punggol opens earliest at 9am, with horrible customer service and subpar bikes. Contrast it to this shop. He’s already awake at 6ish in the morning, prompt and reliable customer service and provides really solid bikes (Giant) and competitive rental rates. Definitely recommended for short term rentals to ride around Punggol (and Coney Island)

I rented a race bike at Cycling at Punggol and really enjoyed the good service and the fast interaction. The provider is a kind person and it's so easy and flexible to rent bikes there!
Next time I need a bike, definitely again at Cycling at Punggol.

He made sure to let us know of a shortcut to PCN, as well as useful advice for changing gears and which brakes to use. He is very considerate and even has a plan in motion in case you get tired. Definitely recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented 2 bikes in the weekend. They were delivered to the hotel, for a small fee. Bikes cycle great, had good fun. Owner is very helpful and friendly. One tip, for both owner and renter, ask if helmets are needed or include them by default with the rent, this gives more freedom (you can go in the road) and is also safe! Great experience overall!
