Bad experience with staff after returning my bike which had its side stand malfunction and not able to be kept halfway throughout. Staff was rude and non apologetic. All we wanted to do was to inform them so that they can repair it so that the next customer does not have a bad experience. Would not recommend unless all the online bike rental services are unavailable.

Hardly leave reviews but experience was 10/10! Staff was very responsive on whatsapp and absolutely love the idea of a self-service bike rental.

Very good experience first cycling 12km. Can rent a bicycle at Changi Beach and return at East Coast.

What a better way to unwind. Many of us love the beach, the sand, and the bicycle, not forgetting nasi lemak at Changi Village aka CV. A part of life that we want but usually have limited time to do so. Now u can say Let's Go! With a bus stop less than 50metres away, a bicycle shop by the iconic beach and a historic feature (shall update that later on), you can skip all the excuses aside. Oh ya, if u drive, there are more than enough carpark lots!! Heheheh... Check out our photos for a great time with your friends! Bicycles, snacks and even a pedal version of Go-Kart. If that word doesn't add the hype to come here, im not sure what else will..hehe.. just to entice further, this place actually has another shop in East Coast.. Where actually? Well, the super famous bike shop that has been around for sooooo looonnggg... you can actually travel from here to there...well, u will figure it out. Nway, there are promotions going on right now, so do take advantage of the situation. While you are there, do take note the highlights of the place itself. We rented a mountain bike and sought assistance at 1031h as the seat was faulty, a major safety hazard. We shared live locations and shared screenshots of our location at Changi Bay Point. More than 1h20mins has passed and the replacement bike has not arrived. The staff called to say he was at Changi Naval Base, which is very far from my location, and pushed it to me by saying that i sent the wrong location info, i.e. Whatsapp's live location misled him. We need urgent help before we dehydrate.

Went on a weekday near opening time, and the shop was opened slightly later than usual which was ok. It was not ok that the guy who was in charge of opening the shop and settling the bikes had a bad attitude. He was opening the shutters really loudly like he was having a bad day while smoking, insisting that everyone should understand and give him 5 mins since he was alone. When there was a queue building up while he continues to set up his bicycle arrangement, someone had the guts to call him out and advise him to serve the queue instead of arranging his bikes as there was no blockage, he became really defensive and got increasing rude. There was clearly manpower issues but his attitude needs some adjustment. His words aren’t professional and he was clearly using his age as a shield for doing whatever he wants. The bikes were slipping gears and was hard to ride. I guess you have no choice but to accept service provider with bad attitude these days since service line has severe shortage of manpower? Hope he receive a pay increase or more manpower to assist him so he will have more job satisfaction.

Rent this dual drive tandem bike for $16 per hour. You’ll get 1 hour free if you rent for 2 hours. It was my first experience riding that kind of bike.

Expect poor service, overpriced yet poorly maintained bicycles. Only visiting because there were no other alternatives. Shop opens at 10am but shutter only opened at 10.10am. Rude, defensive and aggressive when attendant was suggested to serve the waiting customers outside first rather than to set up the entire shop. Noted that he was alone and the company could better manage the manpower. Never written a review before but this really ruined my day.
