β β β β β Dr Carol Lee and her team are excellent professional health care teams. During our consultations with her, she always let us know what we needed to know and what decisions we had to make, and she walked us through all the pros and cons of different decisions.
She patiently listened to our concerns and taught us how to attend to our loved one in great detail. She is very reassuring and let us feel safe when our loved one is attended by her.
We thank Dr Carol Lee and her team from the bottom of our hearts for the excellent health care provided.

β β β β β This is the 2nd time we engaged Dr Carol Lee's service. We like her warmth and friendly attitude. She spoke in Mandarin to my 93 yr-old mum, and try her best to speak with a volumn that mum could hear. She's very professional and efficient in carrying out her duties. Thks, Dr Lee!

β β β β β Thank you Dr Lee for being so patient, understanding and gentle with my husband. She is very steady with her hands as she stitched my husband's wound up. His wound was soooo deep until his tendon can be seen. It is the 3rd day now and the wound is healing well. Thank you again, Dr Lee.

β β β β β We are so grateful to have met Dr Carol. She managed to squeeze in a last minute home visit and treated my grandma with respect and care. She was very thorough in her explanations and ensured that our expectations were well managed. Dr Carol even checked back on my grandma to make sure she is doing well several days after her consult.

β β β β β My family is grateful to be supported by Dr Carol Lee in caring for my aged and frailed mum. My mum had a fall last May, fractured her hip and became bed ridden. There were many stressful periods not knowing how to cope with her pain management, recurring chest infections and bed sore. Dr Lee's help is always just a text away. Despite her busy schedule, she had on a few occasions made time to travel the distance to attend to my mum in short notice when help was needed.
Never once did she rush through her visits but took time to explain my mum's conditions and shared clearly all the treatment and care options. She will also follow up to check how my mum was doing. It is very comforting to know that we have a Doc who cares, is reachable and gives her best to help patient and family, and in this pandemic time, we are even more thankful to have her help.

β β β β β Dr Lee has cared for the elders in my family with confidence and professionalism and ever so accommodating to the last minute calls we put her through. She would often advise us and give us realistic expectations based on her experience and knowledge in palliative care.
Lastly, she's resourceful, attentive and experienced; an excellent combination from an excellent doctor.
