2 visits to the clinic for my son’s eczema and rashes. Pretty good experience with both Dr Yan and Dr Joan. Patient and their engagement are inclined to making you comfortable. Only gripe is the long wait during my second walk in visit as we need to wait outside the clinic and it’s the raining season. Overall highly recommended and it’s good to come across doctors that genuinely care.

Honestly, the friendliest doctor out there that I've encounter! And the receptionist were pretty friendly too and understanding. Overall and all, the best place clinic I've visited thus far! Thank u for listening to my needs and treating me accordingly.

Thank you all nurses & doctors on duty for working until this hour (9pm - 10pm) to attend to patients. Been attending this clinic for quite awhile whenever I’m feeling unwell, the doctors and nurses are really friendly. Called the clinic at 9pm asking if they can still accept walk in patients and they still do. Went down immediately and got attended by friendly nurses at the counter. Everything was done within 30mins!

Doctors are very friendly and humble to treat patients. Nurses are very polite and helpful in attending patients needs. Especially nurse Thila is very active and very helpful.

Been to this clinic many times since its my neighbourhood clinic. Dr Yan and thila the front counter staff are the 1s i ve been seeing for years. Very caring and attends to ur needs. Very attentive and the Dr Yan is super friendly and gentle. Far best clinic so far in punggol. Its more like a whole family in the clinic tan employer and employees.

The doctor is professional and gave clear advice on how to take care of my HFMD toddlers and what to look out for during this period. Nurses are good as well, and very attentive to all patients. However, we’re given prescription slip of HFMD antibiotics as clinic has no stock and was told by the nurse that it can be easily purchased from any pharmacy. However to no available. Did a call back to clinic to check if it’s possible to get the med stock (as I’m the only caregiver, not able to travel around to search for the med) and promised to give call back to us on either Wednesday or Thursday, but no call received. That’s quite disappointing. Understanding it’s overwhelming period for healthcare system, I still hoping this can be better managed. Nonetheless, stay safe everyone!

It was my first time visited this clinic and shall be the last time to visit again. Was totally disappointed . Brought my mother due to her constipation n paint to see the doctor after given a brief details doctor feels that my mother need this bullet form thick lubricant to be insert but the doctor say he do not have the facility to do it for my mother. I was thinking wat do u need to help your patient just to insert the lubricant ? But I do not wana questions further as they may have their protocol. What got me so disappointed was me explained to the doctor I may need a few more of these lubricant to help my mom with her constipatio and because of her old age I can't afford to make her going down to see him repeatedly as doctor himself does agreed to prescribe me with a few more tube of the lubricant. But when I went to the counter to collect the prescriptions I was so upset . Doctor only prescribed just 1 if this small lubricant in the prescriptions bag. I asked the staff why doctor only give 1 tube and asked to confirm the staff informed it was doctor ordered. This is really not right as agreed to prescribe me with a few more end up with just 1 pathetic tube I told the staff to speak with the doctor as I was really not satisfied with the way he do it . Then he decided to prescribe me a few more which total 5 tube. What I don't understand was is that the reason my mother she using her pioneer generation card and that is why they will not Wana give anything more that it over their costs or unless paying a full payment? Then this is not right or good intentions to treat our pioneer generation.

Used to be good but now it is not, clinic reported my art negative to moh but I’m seriously positive after my own art test kit before and after going to clinic. Then I called them to edit they didn’t the next day still nothing so my wife went down to tell them the error until now 7 may still not updated to moh I’m positive. I was given inadequate medication for one week mc and 2 kids who are concurrently covid positive which means we all can’t go out. The issue here before I go to your clinic I brought all my art to show I was covid positive then your nurse did the SUPERVISED art but she said I am positive with covid but on same day 4 may sms from moh says I’m NEGATIVE so what’s going here guys? I have 2 other children also covid positive and I have been going to your clinic since 27 April all of us seeing different doctors then getting different dose and prescription. Can we have the correct diagnosis instead of pointing fingers back at the patient’s who is paying for professional medical help? I called your clinic again so you would learn to have common sense too that your staff did the supervised art then admitted key in the wrong information on moh. Beside the waiting was 2 hours long even we queue md before 9am opening as there was only one doc on duty but 3 nurses which could help out more.
