β β β β β Sesame oil features quite heavily in the food here. Ordinary chicken rice and I thought the chicken was quite bland. Enjoyed the plate of greens more than the chicken!

β β β β β Having chicken 'RICE' with curry chicken is a matchmake in heaven. This stall have them both, but sadly they do not allow you to switch the noodle to rice, instead what they allow is for you to order the curry noodle without the noodle and then order a plate of rice for additional $1. They probably substitute the noodle with two BIG potatoes which in itself was almost enough to fill me up but would definitely have prefer they just let me switched the noodle to rice at no cost instead. A rather bad piece of business.

β β β β β This stall has been around for the longest time and the taste is not any less delicious as some raved ones at Hong Lim. I like that the gravy is thick and fragrant, the potatoes cooked just right to not fall apart yet soft enough to chew on without effort. Chicken pieces are tender. The chilli can be added into the soup for that pinch or used as a dip for the chicken. I visited very frequently when I used to work in the vicinity.

β β β β β A good bowl of chicken curry noodles! Comes with a savoury serving of curry broth with lots of ingredients like fish cake, beancurd puff, fried pork skin and big pieces of steam chicken. Top it off with extra sambal chilli if you like it to be spicier. $5 for this bowl and it's worth every penny. Parking availability is limited at this area so you might want to avoid peak hour. This hawker centre is food haven. Enjoy!

Fast service but still carefully prepared.
