Food was good however what was the deal breaker was that the BBQ was served cooked which kind of ruined the experience for KBBQ since the meat wasnโ€™t fresh and hot from the grill by the time it was brought up to the table. Do note that for reservations, customers are normally put on the second floor and they are not able to physically bbq there as the ventilator is not working. Would suggest to reserve at the 1st floor if you would want to experience the full KBBQ experience.

Had the pork barbecue set at the quaint and unassuming eatery. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, especially the marinated pork (the ones in SG are usually a big letdown), as well as the automatic refills by attentive staff!

When we reached the restaurant there was very crowded and staff are all busy , so the service a bit slow but they are very helpful and polite. The side dish portion is so generous and tasty ! Kimchi taste very good and its surprisingly to have sweet anchovies too ! Service crew automatically refilled without asking , thatโ€™s quite impressive. Kimchi soup is one of the best I ever had and feel like going back for it now, taste very authentic and portion is good for sharing ,steam egg ($3) is done very well too and cheaper compare to others places($6). Bbq marinated pork collar taste really amazing combine with all the sides , sauces and lettuce. Service crew help us to bbq the meat and put it aside when ready . We really enjoy the excellent service that cannot experienced in others korean bbq places we went before . We are very satisfied with the dining experiences and totally enjoy our dinner here . Highly recommended! Will visit again soon :)

I am a returning customer for 2 years already. This place feels the closest to the ones in Korea. Really cosy ambience and I always order their set menu for BBQ which is really value for money! The customer service is great and they cook the bbq food for you. What I like about the food is also their variety of side dishes, it always changes!

The restaurant is tucked inside the busy Amoy Street. We did not have the reservation and they managed to have the table for us on the year end night. The meat selection and variety of side dishes was great, beyond the expectation. Beef soup was also great but the meat was a bit too tough Service was not so attentive but maybe they were short of staff during busy night. Recommend for those who want to try good Korean BBQ

Delicious food with good customer service. We ordered the BBQ Set A (SGD 69) : Prime Rib Eye + Beef Short Rib + Marinated Rib for 2 pax. The food is really good, and the ajumma will personally cook the meat for you. We really enjoyed the food, including the banchan. As the restaurant was packed, the ajumma accidentally overcooked one of our meat so instead of medium rare , its well done. When I told her this , she gladly replaced it for free and was super apologetic. The rest of the meat was excellent tho. We also really like the steamed egg. Tho, she told us that steam egg is no longer free but SGD 3 and larger portion. Still quite reasonable imho. Would definitely be back again.

Made a reservation so it was on the second floor in a private room which was nice. Service was not attentive, had to keep pestering for refills of water / sides. Meat was served cooked. Gave complimentary honeydew ice cream. Ordered pancake, stew, noodles, set B meat. $150

A small eatery run by a middle aged Korean couple with 2 staffs, feels very much like I am back in Seoul in the eateries tucked in small alley. Wanted to order yakult to mix with the soju but the eatery doesnโ€™t sell yakult however the owner is kind enough to allow us to buy yakult from the nearby 7-11 store. Pork collar & chicken thigh is well marinated & succulent. Will definitely be back for other dishes. Total bill: $118 including a soju
