★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very bad experience yesterday with one of your staff. Theres a malay lady and shes dont have any proper customer service skills. She is very rude and didnt behave very well. Im pretty disappointed with her attitude. The watch is good and its a nice brand but the person you have hired has a very bad attitude. Hope she will improve after this.thank you.

Avoid this place if you want to change your watch battery. Unless you can replace the battery yourself, just go to any good old ah pek watch shop and you can get a battery replacement on the spot and will cost less than $19.
