Beautiful flowers and amazing customer service. Bought many bouquets over the years here, and can say they really deserve their 5 stars. The bouquets are expertly put together and very reasonably priced. For my last order, there was a small miscommunication/misperception between the shop and myself and i was amazed how quickly they went above and beyond to solve the situation. Their customer service is authentic and they take pride to make their customers happy, Angie is amazing. After having tried multiple shops, i find myself coming back to Little flower shop time and time again, would highly recommend!

Got 2 sets of flowers for Mother's day - one for my wife and one for my mom: both turned out beautifully and lovingly put together just like the photos. Most importantly my mom and my wife loved them! Highly recommended.

Purchased a set of flowers for a last minute occasion but I realized as it was on a high demand day, I reckoned I can't get same day delivery so I simply accepted my fate and booked for next day delivery. Within 15 minutes I received a call from Angi who told me she had a slot for same day delivery and she offered to change it for me after reading my "special request" which I stated is for the particular occasion. I was genuinely surprised in a pleasant way. I mean the staff could've just turned a blind eye to it since I chose for the next day delivery after all I believe they are packed to the core with their orders yet they still took the effort to contact me to find out more and offer assistance. This kind of service has not been experienced for a long long time man. I truly appreciate it and the staff was so polite and genuine in her tone. Got my cousin a bouquet of Wild Wonders from here, the flowers looked even prettier than like the image on their website. They were fresh and smell great. Just absolutely gorgeous. Also, the florist, Angie, was very patient and responsive when I had questions before and after purchase. I will definitely order more flowers from them in future.
