Went for haircut for children who's in kindergarten and primary school and was rudely told off. I understand if you are worried abt handling the kindergarten kid (who by the way was never rejected in other salons) but you can explain courteously. Do not have to be so rude while I was nicely explaining to you. Bad attitude.

Clearly the price, affordability of this place is not an issue. Nor the cleanliness & equipments used to cut hair. The only issue I’ve encountered so far is the staff. This is where you can differentiate a worker that goes the extra mile when providing a service between the one that does not. This QB House in Paya Lebar in particular provided me with the one that does not go the extra mile. I paid for the service. After the cut I asked if it is possible to shorten the cut even more. There was a reluctance to provide me with that request. Instead I was asked “you want me to cut again?”. To which i replied “yes, just shorter. Like a crew cut”. I was replied with a “No. Cannot”. With no explanation why. To add on, I’ve seen more passionate professionals in other QB outlets that will provide customers with that request. I’ve been going to QB House @ Nex for my haircuts. I have no gripe against QB but please train your staff proper customer service. Especially at the outlet at Paya Lebar. If not then perhaps it is time for everyone not to go through what I go through & find another place other than QB house. Went to QB house @ Paya Lebar on 22nd Febuary 2021. 3.45pm.

It was my first time at QB house today and I must say that Elis Cheah did a very good job. Despite being busy and long que, she did not do a short cut job! She did it professionally coz to her money is not important, it is the customers satisfaction. Indeed, I am very satisfied. Thank you Ms Elis for being nice and i feel so comfortable with how you cut my hair. See you again next time??? i hope you read this Ms Elis??‍♀️

Haircut from uncle on 01 June at 730pm is just ugly. Have shown photo, 3 photos of how i want it, yet ge did differently. Shouldn't have proceeded when I saw the guy he cut before me, was uneven shaving, trimming
