★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our daughter had her 2 wisdom teeth surgery and 2 upper teeth extraction done in one go with Dr. Ooi at Balestier. Dr. Ooi did an excellent job during the whole process. The nurse was also fantastic in her job explaining clearly on pre and post surgery instructions. A great team! Special thanks to Dr. Ooi for taking his off office hours to do the surgery in view that my daughter has to fly off next weekend, accurately plan the time enough for post surgery follow up. Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you so much de Pacific Dental Group (Balestier) team! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently had my wisdom tooth surgery with Dr Wen Li. She was very detailed in her explanations. During the surgery, she was as gentle as she could and let me know the next steps during the surgery so that I knew what to expect.
Overall, the experience at de Pacific was a good one!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist are very pleasant and efficient in arranging, reminding and follow-up with dental appointments and after dental care especially that needs minor surgery. My dental doctor is clear in his explanation as to my dental status and recommends the necessary steps to take to meet my dental needs. The branch at Zhongshan Park too is convenient to get from my residence.

Dr Ooi is very good with his work and has good knowledge in his field. Staff members are always friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend Dr. Ooi and this clinic. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was recommended to Dr Prash by my general dentist. Dr Prash was super friendly and was very reassuring when explaining his treatment plan. During the process he was very gentle and checked in with me regularly.
He was very detailed and meticulous with my teeth, and they turned out looking fantastic. My orthodontist was also pleasantly surprised by his work and thought they turned out better than expected!!
It is clear Dr Prash is passionate in his work, and has the skills to show for it (With the stamp of approval from 2 dentists)! Would recommend, and come back in the future if needed.
- Special shout out to him for accommodating my reschedule when I got covid too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a crown and fillings done with Dr Prash and it was a very comfortable experience. He was reassuring throughout the procedure, injections were painless and needless to say, his skills were great. Crowns and fillings were done up very nicely with minimal post op sensitivity. Kudos to the staff too at the branch for a fuss free experience. Highly recommend Dr Prash for dental treatment!
