This is the worst Hair salon I ever been. 26/09/18 about 12.45pm a lady hairstylist cut for me. She sounds China. Her attitude is very bad. I told her I want to keep my side burn, she replied " if every body wants to cut their own style, you all better cut yourself ". I did not want to talk her back as it was in the cutting process, if i offended her she might any how cut. Do not go to this salon, You will regret.

Was told that I was wasting her (AJ Chang) time when I asked her to cut my side burns shorter as it wasnt up to my expectations. On top of that, her attitude towards cutting hair was slipshod at best, I mean who chops off your fringe in a straight line? Not to mention she had a poor attitude the entire time. I wasn't expecting $50 service by paying $14 but this is absolutely unacceptable. My NS barber is friendlier and cuts better hair for $4. Do not settle for this poor establishment for convenience, go somewhere else!

Entered the shop and was met with a guy who looked disinterested to do his job. Told him I was going to make the payment by NETS. The NETS machine showed that contactless payment sign and I tried to tap the card instead of inserting it. He rudely commented "I would have told you to do the tap if it was possible in the first place". I turned and left the shop.

Affordable, fuss free haircuts on the first floor of the mall. Pay $12 at the booth, wait your turn, get your cut. Done fast. Love it.

hahaha worse experience in haircut ever. This place put the standard of haircut in Singapore to so low. The girl is very rude. Like, very rude. Don't even try to engage to talk to her. even if you talk with her in a friendly manner, she will reply in rude way anyway. please change this girl. not worth paying for her for your business. the guy on the other hand is still okay. go get a haircut with him. but he cant speak english. so you need to speak in chinese with him. to those that say we are expecting salon level service. seriously man. we got treated like trash inside just because we don't speak chinese. this is our own experience. nothing is fabricated.

Worst salon managed by 2 rude staff! We went straight to make payment as there were 2 customers. I was told by the male staff to show the payment record and the next moment he claimed that the payment was unsuccessful without checking the records. I explained that the payment has been made and asked him to check again. The next moment he lost his patience and told his colleague that he does not understand and is not able to verify the payment record, and that he could not communicate with us. In this case, why would you want to implement paynow if your staff cannot verify payment through mobile phone? Please look into the customer service and attitude towards customer if you are in a service industry.

worst hair-dressing experience ever in my entire life! that staff was rude, arrogant and sassy but not classy. The way he cut can't be described, like randomly chopping grass. At the end i noticed two holes at the front part of my hair and he said i had a hair loss problem which i was amused because i entered the shop with hair as full as a helmet. When the grass was not properly groomed, blame the gardener and not the grass. If your staffs do not feel like working please replace them.

Shocking rude behaviour by the staff! Me and my wife went for a haircut. A male staff comes to us. We started explaining what kind of haircut we want. Before we explain he started pointing his finger to payment screen. I told him we will pay but 1st please confirm if you can or cannot do a specific haircut. He ignored me and and started pointing again. Later my wife ask him if sure, he yelled and stormed back in shop. If there is a language prob please say if you cannot understand. Don’t insult people if they don’t know your language. After facing this insult we left the shop.
