β β β β β Love the food! Especially the chicken! Crispy, juicy and deep fried to a golden brown. I also love the fact that there is free ice cream :) I enjoyed my time there with my friends ?

β β β β β Food is OK but had problem with the picture in the e-menu. It was the wrong picture put on the menu so I ended up ordering the wrong thing. Told them but didn't want to make it difficult to the staff so I tried to accommodate them. The staff didnt want to replace my food with the one per the picture. Somehow in the end i agreed to pay for the more expensive menu item. However after the whole episode I felt I ended up paying for their mistakes. Just don't feel good about the whole experience. Not coming back even though I live quite nearby.

β β β β β I dined and enjoyed my bowl of salmon sashimi don at Otousan, Zhongshan Mall. Cozy place for meet ups and served by warm and friendly staff. Would definitely return for more!

β β β β β Most embarrassing meal as Balestier Resident. Ordered beef curry and beef rice, and the beef taste and look more like the economic rice store at the foodcourt. At that price is a great disappointment. See photo.

β β β β β Came to Otou-San for lunch on a Sunday. It was not too busy. It's probably the same owner as Thai Tai because you can either order from Otou-San or from Thai Tai at any of their tables.
The contact less ordering and payment is well appreciated. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.
So we had the main dish Japanese and a Thai dessert ?
