Boss is super friendly and patient. Yesterday my current 2nd furball grooming was definitely off the groomer A standard. So i pm and ask. However replies were responded as “miscommunication” because i did not state which groomer i want. And also i might have mistaken as the company line as groomer A personal line. In my defence, I did address (whatsapp) to groomer A for a grooming session, and there was definitely no miscommunication. If i message to groomer A, i would be referring to A and not anyone else to do my furball grooming yes? Perhaps my message wasn’t clear enough. I’m here not to shame but to share my disappointment that the responder was using “miscommunication” that resulted the overall grooming outcome. Of course i’m disappointed when my furball didn’t met the previous standard that it always has and i never argue ever once about charges they charged me for. So peeps, please remember to state every little things in details/words which groomer you want throughout the whole grooming for your precious furball or better yet, your formal grooming request/s to avoid any “miscommunication”. I still wish them the best, it’s a shame i’m no longer their customer. P.S. my furball isn’t harm in any way.

De’ pets salon is great! Thoughtful and careful, they don’t rush through the haircut. I like that they spend time to do a pre-consult to find out what I want. They also send me photos of before and after haircut, as well as any abnormalities (skin/ears/etc) in my dog and will take time making adjustments. No rush, great style, trust them with your pet!

Love the open concept of the salon, it shows transparency and openness to let us see what is actually going on with our paw kids during the grooming session. This is important for me as it gives me the peace of mind. Ashley is friendly, patient with my naughty Babu and communicative with all the steps/prices prior to rendering the services. Would be greatly appreciated if there is loyalty program(s) ?
