★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely unprofessional establishment. Listed their products for sale on Lazada. I placed an order but they do not seem to pick it up. When I tried to message them, they do not respond. I sms them on the number provided in their auto message and no response at all! It showed their last active status on lazada was a day ago. They should have then picked up the order or messages. Absolutely disgusting service!

Nice boss nice staff to serve our pets! Very reasonable price as well altho it’s located at town area.
Professional groomers you can totally place your pet with them with a piece of mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Left my two dogs with them, when they came back both harnesses are lost. I asked the staff they said they will check, but in the end just ghosted me and never replied.
one of the harnesses actually had sentimental value to me.
When you lose your customer's things, you need to own up to it and not ghost your customer.
This makes me question their service.
update 22 apr:
they did contact me 1 month ago, informing me they will return the harness 'asap'. i said ok. but 1 month has passed and they ghosted me again after i asked about update, several times. I never received the harnesses.
what nonsense is this? At this point, I rather go with any other grooming service than spacepets. so irresponsible
