โ โ โ โ โ It was my first time buying/importing a dog from overseas. Tony from AT pet services helped me through this process and completed all the necessary documents. Once my dog reaches the quarantine centre, they will send me video updates that my dog has safely arrived in Singapore. Thank you?

โ โ โ โ โ We had a wonderful experience working with both Amos and Tony in getting our cat from SG to UK during the COVID period. It was tricky with the changing rules but they were up-to-date and did their due diligence to ensure everything was covered. There were some things that were unsure of which we had to check with both parties, but apart from that it went as good as it can get, they pushed hard into getting him out as early as we could. I was especially thankful as I was in the UK at the time with my cat at boarding.
Amos (and Tony) took care of it all and kept me well informed of every step. I am grateful he kept sending picture updates of Bento so that I was able to see he was being taken care of, even to as the cargo person was taking him away! Really good hearted, trustworthy individuals. I will be sure to recommend them their service. I hope everything goes well for them and their business prosper.

โ โ โ โ โ A legit and trustworthy agent is all I wished for to bring my boy in from korea and Iโm glad Tony was the one they reached out for! The importing process/services was clearly explained and charges were laid out black and white with explaination and no hidden charges. He goes through each process and explain it to me and does his job really quick and smooth! As a first time pet owner, I feel lucky to have him as my agent! Even throughout the quarantine, he check back on us and share his knowledge throughout. If anyone out there is looking for other agent in SG, forget it, just contact Tony!??

โ โ โ โ โ Amos and Tony have been really patient and friendly in helping to relocate our two dogs from Japan to Singapore. They are knowledgeable on the process and documents required and have advised us very well on the prep work required. With all the import requirements in place, the actual day of moving went really smooth. Izumi and Cookie arrived at their new home and have since settled down really well.
