I bought my first bike from Patrick, and the process is straight forward and pleasant. He deliver everything that he promised, definitely a bike shop to recommend.

PSA: Never buy or sell your bike at Dexing Motor. Worst experience I've ever had with a bike shop. In a nutshell this is why: - they're dishonest about the condition of the bikes they sell. (Certain parts were not street legal, faulty brakes etc. Had to spend countless hours and hundreds of dollars fixing the bike within the first month I had it. Now my bike is in almost perfect working condition) - lousy after sales service. - dishonest about terms of sale And today was the icing on the cake and the final straw for me. So I wanted to settle my outstanding loan with them. When I bought the bike the salesman promised me there wouldn't be any penalty for early settlement. So when I enquired today, they told me there would be a penalty. So I disputed. They told me to call the salesman direct. So I did. Throughout the conversation he insisted he did tell me about the penalty. I'm pretty sure he didn't. I bought the bike from there with the intention all along to settle the loan early once I had enough. I would remember such a detail. So I tried explaining my piece. But when I did he kept cutting me off not letting me speak. So I got frustrated. And demanded he let me speak. He raised his voice at me and finally yelled at me "God damn you!" Before hanging up on me. Wah best this one. Salesman and service provider of the year. Worst service experience I've had in my life. I know la I may not be the most experienced or knowledgeable rider. But cannot treat customer like that la. So in conclusion, don't buy or sell your bike at Dexing Motor guys.

Lousy shop. Want to imposed gst on used bike. Dont waste time getting any bikes from them. Daylight robbery! Worst service/attitude ever from patrick.

Free service but still need to pay for engine oil hahahaha before purchasing sweet talk all want to give but after purchasing ignore u like dog.. need to ask for hp holder not automatic

Well recommended for those who wish to purchase a motorcycle. Price are decent without ridiculous markup and charges along with HP interest. The owner Uncle Patrick serves you right till you pick up ur bike. Awesome??

Sales will post 2nd hand bike price lower to attrack buyer. Later will tell you bike sold when you go to view. When you look for other bike, price need to pay GST, which is not common practice in bike shop. New bike Price quoted to check include GST, prevent arguement when making payment. Dishonest sales guy

Bought a bike from someone and got a loan from De Xing. Patrick assisted me. was quoted 5% interest but after nego Patrick gave me 4%. And breakdown of payment was excellent. No hidden charges. Recommended dealer
