★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doubtful product quality. Origin of the products are not confirmed and very bad service at the store. I wish to give 0 stars. Visited the store with my pregnant wife and got a very bad service. Unpleasant moments that I don’t want to repeat. Staffs don’t have knowledge about the products and don’t care about your purchase. Take a look on the terms and conditions. They don’t guarantee anything. Super expansive for this kind of attention and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i visited last week with my boyfriend to get a gift for his baby niece. Asking the staff that was working there as to what gift is suitable for her age and they gave quite an option for us to choose from. The staff there had very good knowledge on their products on the stuffed toys there like the jellycats for instance. Which proceeds me to ask about their other products which caught my eyes like the various amount of wall shelves they have. I ask them on which wall shelves are suitable if I were to have a certain amount of books will that particular shelves be able to hold the weight. I got good answers from them and they even told me that there are different furniture that can go well if I were to purchase it. They have excellent choice of colours which then makes my buy it. I couldn't get to ask for their name to applaud them for their excellent service but I'm sure they know who they are if they were to come across this :) will recommend this place to my family and friends if they are ever looking for kids furniture !
