SCAM/FRAUD/BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WARNING - 1. Furniture delivered are completely different/wrong from the custom ones designed and ordered. 2. Some of the furniture are also in an unacceptably bad condition (rusted) despite being supposedly newly custom built. 3. Staff unable to be contacted through phone. 4. Staff extremely rude when met in store and refused to help us resolve the issue. Note that downpayment was received prior to delivery.

As i took the comments on googles with a pinch of salt, but it is proven that the statements were very true. I ordered and confirmed my sofa on 1st Aug and then later was told 5 weeks that will arrive but it was never the case. I wanted to cancel the order but was told the sofa was already in the process. I kept calling on weekly to check and eventually they extended to loan an temporary sofa and said my orders will be in soon, but now its the Oct and still no information from the delivery side. I called Michelle and promise to get back to my order.. no call. Called the main stores, nobody picks up the phone. I requested to have the boss Teresa number to contact and the sales person just hangs up my call asking me to check directly with the Mike which is another sales person. It regrettable to make purchases from this company, learning that the customer is bad. My advise to home owners, please do not make and purchase to this company. If anyone wants to know the details, please feel free to contact me. At this point of time, im waiting for the call backs , if not the next cause of action will bring up to CASE.

I had placed an order for bed frame and two bed side tables; was told that it would take four to six weeks for the custom special order (dark stained and three drawers). Six weeks later it was being delivered, they came dismantled my bed(and broke it in the process). When they brought in the bed it was all wrong, the dark walnut was blonde and the three drawers were two drawers. I called and complained and they took back and they assured I would have it back in a week. A week and a half later after sleeping on the floor it came back with many mistakes, one bedside table was broken, the bed had bubbles in it and many areas were missing stain. And the bed frame was unevenly finished. I called the manager ( a very hard to reach and very poor communicator) she told me she would send someone out to β€˜fix’ the problems. I told her I didn’t want a β€˜fixed’ bedside table I wanted new as I was sold! She told me if I would change the bedside tables to two drawer I could have back much quicker. And she assured me that she would have the bed frame fixed. I had to continually call to find out delivery and was never given a straight answer. I got excuses that the manager had a fever, that the COVID-19 was causing the delays, etc. The delivery came again with the bedside tables being correct, but still needing touch up as they were sloppily stained. The bed frame did have finish on it but it was only in patches. So once again I had to send the bed back. When I called the manager again I was given a list of worthless excuses. The manager assured me she would personally overseas this and get it done correctly. When the bed was delivered again, this time it didn’t have any finish on it at all! When I finally got in touch with the manager I was furious and told her I wanted a refund. She asked me to give them One More Chance. I had to explain to her how a finish should look(exactly like the bedside tables) and the process on applying the finish. I gave them two business days and the weekend to get it done correctly. When the bed with was delivered this past Monday it did have a finish however it was a Matte finished whilst the bedside tables are a shiny finish. However, I accepted the bed as I truly don’t think this company is capable of handling the job. After sleeping on a mattress on the floor for nearly three months, and dealing with a worthless, unprofessional manager I threw in the towel. I will pay to have the bed finished myself! The Sales staff named Mike as a lovely person to work with, and the poor delivery men were very kind and helpful. But sadly the manager and company do not deliver what was sold!!!

Scam artists and reported to police. Paid $2k deposit on a dining table and bench in June 2021. They pulled a runner and disappeared from Tan Boon Liat building with no way of being contacted. Beware as I believe they go by many names and sister type companies eg. Teak Living, Teak & co, etc

My interactions with Natural Living was pleasant. Salesperson Irving gave practical, honest and good advice. Most importantly, our item was delivered correctly and on time. Only comment was that updates could have been given more promptly when asked. But overall, we were happy with the service Irving had given.

Nightmare! Don’t buy from this store. Paid deposit for my bedframe but they don’t have proper pictures of it when its less than one month to delivery date. Have been calling and asking but replies do not give me assurance that i will even receive what i ordered. Salesperson Irving and manager Michelle have both been unresponsive even after multiple calls and whatsapp messages Edit: It took many calls to Michelle just to get pictures of my customised bedframe. Based on the pictures, it didnt meet the requirements of my desired design. I told her that it was not what I wanted but she kept insisting that it was. Her attitude was very dismissive. It went back and forth before I managed to get my deposit refunded.

My gf and I bought a queen size bed frame and a side chest of drawers here for our room. We asked our interior designer to go down as well to choose the colour for us as to match our overall room design and vibes. We were given at least 4-5 different wood colours to choose from and with the advice of our designer, we settled on one colour (named 23 brown according to the shop invoice) Pic is attached. Both bed frame and chest of drawers were to be of the same colour as stated in attached pic invoice. Also in the invoice, we can see the word 'rounded', as we wanted the bed edge to be rounded and not sharp. Dear potential customers, you can see for yourselves from my pictures attached, do they remotely seem to be the same colour or not? The bed frame colour is wrong and not what we chose as stated in invoice. Also attached is the sharp and not rounded bed edges we asked for. Another issue was that the bed was extremely creaky and if not for the review unable to support video files, I would have uploaded it too. My gf went down to the shop to look for the salesman (whom i shall not name here) and got excuses such as he did tell us "wood has different colour variations" in which we can't accept as this (as shown in pics), is so much different (we would have understood slight variation), but again you potential customers can refer to my pictures to see if its slight variations or not. Whats the point of asking customers to choose from 4-5 colours when they cannot reproduce it. Then the next excuse was "if we don't look closely, we can't tell the difference". It was quite clear that the shop and the salesman was not keen to rectify their own production error. Due to the colour difference, sharp edges (which invoice stated clearly we asked for rounded edge, and the very loud creaky noise problem, we asked the salesman and the shop for a refund or a remake of the correct colour and specifications. Which the salesman claimed he will check with management and subsequently rejected our request for both refund or remake. They offered to "sand down" the colour which we rejected because it is still not the colour we want as stated in invoice. Our last correspondence was of 19th Dec when the salesman on behalf of the shop rejected our requests. Since then, there has been no reply or followups at all to our messages. All in all, we as customers is being forced upon a colour we did not choose which is created by their internal production error which they refused to rectify or acknowledge. Add on the wrong specs of sharp edges when we asked for rounded ones and the loud creaky sounds of the bed frame. Again, the attached pics are for all you, potential customers, to judge for yourselves. And beyond this salesman, we are unable to get any other contact from him whom can speak directly to who is in charge as well. And since 19th Dec, there has been no reply at all from the salesman and the shop. We do not want to pester or bombard the salesman with messages since its clear there are no reply at all nor we believe going down to the shop again will help thus this review to try help potential customers avoid our own unpleasant predicament. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! i would give a negative 5 stars rating if i could! Both the sales guy Mike and the company are dirty rotten cowboys. spent $4k and everything was wrong: lied in my face about wrong colour, Items doesnt look like the photo in their catalog, chairs dont fit under the table, many promised delivery dates, bad workmanship, the table doesnt match the chairs (supposed to be a set), All the items arrived separately, Mike the sales guy was making it seem like it was our fault for all these issues.
