โ โ โ โ โ Terrible terrible terrible. Prior to making an order with living art, I was informed that upon 50% completion of the painting, I will be updated and given up to 3 changes.
Paid 50% deposit for a oil canvas painting early Dec 2020 (to be completed 8-10 weeks) and never heard back from living art. No updates, nothing. I reached them via number on website after 9-10 weeks but no answer. I contacted them via WhatsApp and was given empty promises time and again. I called them today to follow up and was told the painting was completed earlier this week.
I wouldnโt have known if I didnโt make the call. Clearly Iโm forgotten or simply not a priority. Also, considering the painting is done, there goes my options to make any changes as well. Never again with them.

โ โ โ โ โ We were hosted by the owner and it had been a wonderful experience learning about his passion in supporting the local art scene. The gallery had a wide variety of masterpieces and we especially liked how they were segmented into different themes, we even had the chance to catch an ongoing exhibition and interacted with the artist.
I would recommend this place for anyone who would love to learn more about our local art scene or looking for some unique masterpieces for their homes.

Pity it was let down by insincere, lackadaisical service from the service staff.
I purchased a painting by Oh Swee Ai. Had to chase after delivery date and time myself. She gave me a tentative time and date but forgot to give me a confirmation as promised.
As a result, I was not at home when the painting arrived. She had also given the delivery man the wrong unit number, and mis-spelled my name.
The delivery man was kind enough to wait an hour for me to rush home from work. I also overheard her telling the delivery man on the phone in Chinese, in a sarcastic manner: " ๆ่ทไป่ฎฒไบhorใ"
I tried to give her feedback about my negative experience on whatsapp. She replied yah, sorry. And subsequently ignored all my messages.
I think treating customers with basic courtesy and warmth is highly essential. Sadly, this was not the case.

โ โ โ โ โ LivingwithArt have been incredibly helpful, especially Michelle. After some issues, I could not pick the artworks to bring them back to the UK. She facilitated the payment remotely and arranged for them to be packaged in a proper way fit for shipping. Great customer service and patience. I will visit again when I can just to say thanks in person
