Beautiful furniture boutique we stumbled on in Tan Boon Liat. The mirror and table we picked look absolutely fabulous in our place!

Indian-style/influenced wooden furniture using distressed/recycled wood. If you're looking for the vintage look and the use/re-use of old wood, this cozy, friendly shop is worth dropping in to have a look.

The furniture in this shop is amazing; however, the customer service is anything but. It is downright terrible and inconsiderate. I had gone in to the shop and picked out a few pieces that I liked. I called the next day asking if they could hold an item til the following week as I was keen to purchase, but did not have time to drop by sooner. The answer was: “I’m sorry but it is not fair for us to hold this item for you in case another customer wants it.” I asked if or how they could accommodate my request. And the answer was, no can do! Maybe asking to hold an item for a week was not feasible, I do understand that, but any shop that cares at all about customer experience would have come up with accommodating solutions to help out an interested buyer. She could have suggested to put a deposit down and hold the item then, or perhaps could have offered to hold it for a day or two only. The shop keeper did not even entertain any options and frankly did not care at all about addressing buyer's challenges. In fact, after I thanked her, she wrote. "You are very welcome!" Disappointing at best! Luckily, there are thousand other stores in Singapore who carry similar items and shop owners who would be kind enough to show customer centricity and close the sale. I'll never purchase from this store.

We bought a beautiful coffee table from this delightful store. The store is so pretty and has really nice pieces. Wish it was there in Singapore 20 years ago when we were setting up home. We are taking the table back with us in our shipment and I really wish we had place for more. Highly recommend the store.
