Incident happening on me, I just brought a car from Delgrow Automotive, here started from Advertisement on Sg.carmart indicated detail and specification doesn't match as my actual car received. When i clarified with them, they told me this model does not come with this function, and they told me this when after i signed agreement and payment made. I was tried to be nice and to source out of win win situation, but they insisted they never indicated such function on the advertisement on Sg.carmart. Yet, they screen shot another car with registered on different year to me, to prove to me that my car doesn't come with it, honestly the function is added on function, since it on the advertisement, i assumed it come with it. If it not came with it, why it appeared on the "highlight function" on this function, When i show them the full advertisement from them through Sg.carmart with all the detailing provided by them, it clearly stated. They told me that should check the car and test the car before i signed the agreement. From there, most of the cars are parked at the back of the parking slot which very dim and dark, and they not allow to test drive if we are not confirmed customer, to be a keen and confirmed customer, need to signed agreement and make deposit to them then you can test drive the car. End up this incident happened and they told you should check and test before you confirmed and signed agreement. Lastly they told me to add this additional function need to pay $2600.00 extra. This incident to wake up every one and judge your self to get the better car dealer which they can really provided full responsible, friendly and helpful.

The owner Eugene is nothing but amazing. He is very humble and friendly.He explained every little details to us and make sure we made sure we made the right choice for our new car. Very prompt.i like them so freaking much.
