This stall serves amazing, value for money noodle with pork balls, minced meat etc. Honest hawker / food operators such as her should be congratulated and supported. She makes an honest living selling well cooked food for what is more than a reasonably price. $4 for a bowl of dry mee poh with a separate bowl of deliciously sweet, naturally flavoured soup of minced meat and meat balls served hot. A satisfying meal indeed. Well done aunty ???????

Caution - this is not the same as the usual bak chor mee we're used to. But thats not saying this is not delicious. The noodles resemble Indomie, or Vietnamese Cao Lau. Very nice. The meat is tender and flavoursome.

I ordered the $8.80 premium noodle set with prawns and scallops (the stall has cheaper alternatives too) and the portion was extremely GENEROUS, the noodles came with 2 abalone Slices and the bowl of pork broth was Chockfull of pork livers, minced meat, lean meat slices (that were well marinated and tasty), 2 fish balls, 2 meatballs, 2 prawns and 2 scallops and the pork broth was extremely flavorful as well. She was even generous with the lettuce leaves in the soup and coriander leaves! My one and only gripe was the fish all could have been bouncier. The noodles are on the sweet side though (they use sweet soy sauce with the chili) for people who like their noodles savory/sour. I was puzzled as to why there wasn’t a queue though- the lady boss was very friendly too!

Chance upon this stall in Golden Mile Food Centre on the 2nd level selling Bak Chor Mee, their stall is just opposite the stall selling Ah Balling Peanut Soup. Prices starts from SGD$4 onwards. Ordered the sliced abalone minced meat noodle which was SGD$4.80. Portion was very generous, liver was cooked to the right doneness, minced meat was nicely marinated. Noodle was springy and has a strong lard taste to it. I notice that the soup was cooked separately with the ingredient unlike most stalls outside. Really enjoyed this bowl of noodle, would strongly recommend and would definitely come back in the future!

Delicious bowl of Abalone Bak Chor Mee with fishballs, meatballs. There is some kind of special sauce that makes the Noddles taste so good! Top it off with that delicious soup base. Would definitely come back for more!

This was a seriously delicious bak chor mee, with excellent meepok and meekia texture and just amazing good value with the meat in the soup. Definitely going back for more (and more and more)!!

At $4 for a bowl of bak chor mee tai mak soup, lady boss was generous with the ingredients and also if you order dry noodles for takeaway, she packs the soup separately which I know not many bcm hawker would do without asking for $ top ups. The soup was flavorful, meatballs look and tasted like real meat, most importantly, there wasn’t an MSG-induced thirst after my meal probably because there wasn’t a lot of MSG used, if there were any.

Being a professional bcm eater, I was pleasantly surprised by this stall. Firstly the portions are extremely generous for the signature version at about $5. Good amount of noodles and huge chunky pieces of meat and liver. The sauce used for the noodles is very flavourful and well balanced. Not the vinegary type. Overall, definitely a great bowl of bcm and I will be back!
