★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanced upon this stall with a long queue and decided to try it.
Portion-wise i feel it’s very decent for $4 in the photo. Overall it’s definitely one of the best roast meats I have ever had. Char siew was well roasted and caramelised with a good balance of lean meat and fats. The sio bak was more towards the fatty side but the skin was so crispy everything was forgiven the moment I sunk my teeth into them. The chilli is pretty standard and paired well together with the meats. Definitely worth trying if you’re at the hawker centre!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found the roasted meats to be average. Better if the duck was deboned and if they don’t use sambal chilli. $8 for the roast duck, roast pork and char siew rice. The roast pork was the best of the three.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very delicious, the char siew is barbecued to perfection ! Roast pork belly and roast duck are delicious too! Expect Long ques from opening hour (at 10:30am). The owners were selling from an industrial park before moving to this hawker this year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it first moved to Golden Mile Hawker Centre there wasn’t much queue, thanks to a certain food blogger the queue immediately built up the next day after the post. Charsiew has good charred, well meat-fats-melt-in-your-mouth balance, roasted pork is tender on the meat and crispy on the skin. Still trying to appreciate the super-hyped roasted duck, but will have to wait for a couple of months before the renovation is completed.

The 3 Treasure is not worth it for $12. Better you buy other plate of rice with meat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You probably hard to believe that this stall has its followers. From its original stall in AMK industrial park, to its current location, the customers sought it out. And yes, needless to describe how good it taste, it is worth the trip and the queue.

The crispiness of the crust is airy light and so flavorful, complementing the soft tender meat perfectly; and the meat itself has a good mix of fatty bits that almost melt in your mouth. The char siew is just as wonderful - every bite is so tender and sweet! I'm definitely ranking this as one of my top 3 places for roast meat and char siew now. Highly recommended!
