★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At cck outlet, 3 staffs ignore people in the queue. Took more than 10 mins to take someone 's order. They still got it messed up and need to redo...... Abit speechless. But I feel so funny at this point. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is too bad. Lack of respect for the costumers. Long time waiting for a, by the way, cold, chicken ham and cheese croissant... there is no organisation among the staff. We were sat on a already set table, but later (like 20 minutes later), we were told to move our chairs because "we were too close to the other table". I will never comeback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The chicken delight I ordered yesterday really shocked me. The chicken pieces was minced so small that I could only taste bread, tomatoes, lettuce and Mayo. Imagine I paid $8.20 for it.
Any Co has the right to charge what they want but at least ensure good quality. Very disappointed. Better go Cold Storage and have a whole grilled chicken for $4.90!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Dine in, but they made me collect my coffee at the cashier countertop, but other customers they serve on the table. After putting the food on the table, no cutlleries, I had to get it myself. but others they give. Delivered the jam and butter halfway theough my meal. I DONT MIND “DO IT YOURSELF” SERVICE, you just need to be consistent. Otherwise customer feel discriminated.
