Friendly and helpful staffs
Not so crowded, unlike LOT 1 which is so crowded...
Good plc to chill and they have lots of corner seats to sit alone or with a partner

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update 2020-01-18 @ 8.08am: Outlet is surprisingly empty with just a handful of adults. No students in sight. Outstanding! I finally managed to have my second meal here since this outlet opened for over a year. Please keep it this way throughout the operating hours. Businesses do not thrive on stagnant customers. Will visit again soon.
Now just missing the option to order ahead via the Starbucks app.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have waited 23 years for the first Starbucks in Choa Chu Kang and here's my first of many to come visit on its first day! I can't be happier about the fact that my favorite coffees are now just below my block! Don't think I need to review about their beverages. The interior is the usual Starbucks but the crowd is not as packed.. yet. So happy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered grande hot cappuccino, noticed it’s lighter weight than usual. Like 1/2 coffee and 1/2 milk foam . The staff said it’s like that, cappuccino shouldn’t be full?? So, if cannot be full cup at least make it 3/4 . I better order 1 cup of milk foam.! Not worth the price.?
