Cancelled on me last minute despite calling me back to confirm. Very unprofessional. Waste of time, look elsewhere!

I had an appointment with Dr Agnes Wong at 11 am on 26 Sept. I was one hour early for my appointment and asked if another dentist could attend to me as i have to rush back to the office. The reception indicated that Dr Hinly Lau is available and will attend to me when she is done with her current patient. I waited - nothing happened. Another patient walked in and also asked to see Dr Hinly Lau - he was about 1.5 hours early for this appointment. I was assured that Dr Hinly Lau will still attend to me first given that was at the clinic before that patient. I waited for more than half an hour and was finally told that Dr Wong will attend to me as she will be finishing soon. Nothing happened for another 10 mins - meaning my total wait was about 40 mins...the last straw was when the patient who was about 1.5 hours early for his appointment was attended . No word of apology - i was just told to wait for Dr Wong. If had one hour of spare time to wait for Dr Wong, i would not have asked for any available dentist. I have been a patient of Johnny Lee Hinly Lau for more than 10 years. Obviously, this clinic does not value loyal patients as no attempt was made to stop me when i walked out of the clinic - not even a call to explain. This is the worst experience i have ever had with a dental clinic..
