β β β β β When it comes to buying a new bike from them, they are obviously good but when it is comes to after sales service, they are disappointing. Bought a foldie from them and when I had a problem removing the existing handle to be replaced to a new handle, they said they don't have the equipment to remove existing handle. Certainly felt like that are only keen in selling new bikes but not helping their customers in their after sales requirement. In the end, I went to S3 Cycle at Punggol Plaza and they managed to remove the existing handle with 20 mins. So if you are buying a bike from Exotic Bikes, please don't expect any decent after sales service.

β β β β β A great place to buy foldables. They have bikes that are really sparkling and come in a variety of colors. All of them are lovely, so picking one was a challenging task. Bryan and Sharon were very helpful and recommended a couple of bikes that met my needs. I went for a test ride and ended up purchasing a very colorful and wonderful Crius bike.

β β β β β Found this bike shop at Wood Square Tower just beside Civic Plaza but they have now shifted to Ubi Oxley
Bryan is patience and nice for explaining the pro and cons of foldable bike as I am first time touching on folding bike. He have provided a range of bike which suit my objective for buying the bike with reasonable price compare to other shop.
Overall satisfied with their services provided. Keep ip the good work ??

Bryan was friendly, and patience in explaining the pro and cons if foldable bike. Recommendations are based on your expectations. He is experience and able to answer queries. Importantly his bikes are reasonably priced with a variety of range to choose from.
Overall very satisfied with their services provided. Keep up the good work and Happy Lunar New Year 2022 in advance.

Had so much amazing chat with them and knowledge into they stuffs. they served and explained many things about bicycles. Shop really amazing.
