★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible store trying not to give me change for $6.50 take away using CDC electronic voucher. I forgotten to bring my wallet and decided to use CDC voucher to pay for dinner. The person manning the cashier said they don't pay change to customers.
So is this consider cheating? Don't the CDC credit the payment of $7.00 to the store owner on payment day? And yet they can pocket the difference of $0.50?
The staff then claim they pack$7.00 worth of food. I think if the owner think this practice is ethical then I hope he can continue to sustain his business over the high rental....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality was quite consistent with the other branch. Order was easy and service was fast. The dang gui gravy made a big difference. The duck meat was quite tender and the skin was not chewy. Business was brisk with not much meat left during dinner time. I believe they will adjust their stock availability.
