have to wait very long . despite that there are 6 in front of you , the counter lady say need to wait for another 1 hour plus . the last time i was here i waited 5 hours for my turn with only less than 10 people in front of me . imagine feeling really sick and uncomfortable and yet you have to wait so long. is causing unnecessary excruciating pain .

Extremely long waiting time. Waited 1.5 hours and there were still 19 more patients before me in the queue for one doctor. Counter auntie is also rude and dismissive to patients. Talking on her phone for personal calls, washing her thermos flask slowly for 10min while 3 patients waited at the counter to pay. Terrible service.

Doctor unprofessional. Scolded patient ridiculously and asked patient to go back to her corporate GP to see and threatened patient to tell her boss that he thinks patient is here to cheat MC, despite patient explained to him that she has cervicogenic headache for past 1 week quite badly. Totally unpleasant visit.

You guys can throw you phone. Been calling you people from 6.30pm to 8pm and no one is picking up. I'm a tenant of this suspect covid patient. She had a fever and was give 7 days mc and she said doctor didn't perform any ART test. She have fever and why is the doctor not doing any ART test? I have an elderly at home and I cannot take the risk. Wants to seek clarification but you people not pick up the phone. She showed me her self tested kit and it looks strange. I have reported this to moh. Since you guys not answering my phone call.

I always go back to Dr Cheong for medical advice as well as for sports injury. The only cons will be the long waiting time as Dr Cheong will be very patient oriented in explaining all concerns that his patients will have.

Dr Bernard Cheong is friendly and took his time to explain my medical condition and concerns. He is also an avid watch collector, featured in many magazines and newspapers. Great experience.

When my kids were young, we see Dr Bernard Cheong and he was rather good. But yesterday, my good impression of him went down the drain. On Sat, my old mother & maid went to Lifeline instead of another clinic by mistake to seek confirmation of their covid status. Maid has a cough but this doctor did not ask her whether she and my mom had done ART and ended up giving her cough medicine and my mom vitamin B. No ART was done. The total bill came up to $90 plus. Theirs were the first covid cases in the family so we were not sure of the right protocol. I called up MOH hotline, was told doctor should log the update Covid status with MOH for them. Next day, I went down with them to this clinic again. To my horror, there were no safe distancing measures in place. Clinic assistant did not segregate those with flu like and fever symptoms from those who didn’t have. Everyone queued inside the aircon clinic and the first in queue had fever. I was not even instructed to keep my mom and the maid outside till our queue number is called. When we saw the doctor, he insisted that he couldn’t do the logging for us and we have to do it ourselves. He reluctantly did the ART on the two of them by saying:” If you want me to do, ok I do for them.” He did not warn us that the cost is $25 per person instead of the usual $10 for certain clinics under the scheme. What I want to say is, he’s irresponsible & totally unprofessional. He could have advised that we go to another clinic to do the ART at a subsidised rate. He should have asked my mom and maid if they have done ART at home on their first visit and advised them or contact me. Instead he wrote a ridiculous note saying things like my mom cannot eat and drink and too little calories. The clinic assistant is really not friendly at all. Will never go back to this clinic ever again.
