Was trying to browse and was chased away. Terrible customer service.

Bought frozen fish food from them did not even wrap around news paper or even ask

it is very nice and they treat customers very well they have most things that are needed

Small shop with sufficient basic things I could buy for my hamsters. The small animals food is fresh too. The auntie and uncle are very nice.

This pet shop is the worst you can imagine: 1. If you come to take a look before buying, for about 2 or 3 times, you will be driven off. Yes, you will be driven off, what a "superb" customer experience. 2. Very unfriendly and "hostile" customer service. Add to that, no English speaking staff. No point on coming here except if you want to have a first-hand experience on what a horrendous customer experience looks like. Anyway, just about 7 minutes from here, there's PolyArt aquarium, with much better customer service, and most of the fish is retailing for half the price compared to this store.

Wanted to browse around to see the types of fishes they have in the afternoon but was not allowed to go in. My child who wanted to see the fishes so badly was also being chased out. There were no other customer at that moment though ,i am so disappointed with the service they have.Still wondering why we are not allow to come in. Few days later, when there were a few customers in the shop, my kid wanted to go in the shop but again,was not allow to. The person says its only for purchasing customer. I kept quiet and went off. I thought of buying a few for my kid if he really wants it but the guy chased us out of the shop.My kid look so upset. Really2 upset. A week later, we pass by the shop and saw a mother and a kid browse through looking at the fishes, to my surprised, they are not being chased out at all. I dont see anything they want to buy also.The salesperson is really being unfair. Very very disappointed with their customer service. Being treated poorly and unfair . A male guy(tall ,chinese, in his 30s) and female ( chinese) sales person really treat their customer very lousy,poor, and really not fair. The female person chased us out too before the pandemic happen. And now the male guy chasing us out of the shop. Really disappointing.

Lousy service and very unfriendly attitude by a skinny male staff (not sure if he is the owner) especially towards children. Will not go back again. Worst experience !!

Went to get a tank, some accessories for aquarium and plants. Good prices for neighborhood shop
