Went to many lash salon before, after trying their service, I will never go to other place. The receptionist always greet you with friendly smile and so polite when talking to you. The lash tech was very patient when I tell them what style I prefer, and they deliver the result better than my expectation! Love the lashes so much!! And they are not pushy at all. You will get a first class service with economy class price.

My mani&pedi treatment was wonderful, the service was very quick and caring. Salon space is nicely designed, relaxing music, TV. Thank you!

Love this place for nails and lashes. The ambience and environment is great. My beautician always make sure that I'm comfortable. Always very happy with my lashes and nails!

The ambience is very relaxing and clean. The staff are professional and friendly, makes one feels welcome. If you are looking for a place to relax and get your nails done, I would recommend Diown beauty. No hard selling too! Would definitely return for another pampering session. ??

Poor service! Booked for an appointment through WhatsApp, made a change to the date and everything was communicated clearly. Arrived on time, was about to go up to their shop then received a call saying they don't have my appointment because it was not booked. The person doing appointments was sick on the day I messaged and did not book it properly. Needless to say, I was so upset because my then wonderful day was ruined from the morning and I took leave just to have a self care day. They managed to schedule me the next day, which I had to take leave again to go because it was the last day I could do lashes before I travelled overseas the next day. I wasted $35 on transport to go there with no appointment booked. I requested for a discount for my inconvenience, in which only $20 discount was granted. In actual fact, it costs me way more than $35 for the wasted trip due to my wasted time and inconvenience caused. Extremely disappointed with the service. Proceed with caution.

Gold class indeed. Been a loyal customer for 2 years. Have experienced the lash craft of Theresa, Stella and Wendy. Can’t decide who’s my favourite. Also, some of my lash sets can last up to 2 months. Their great work makes me never want to have naked eyes.

I'm writing this review after several visits to Diown Beauty since November 2021. The entire experience has been nothing but delightful and pleasant. So much so that not only had I arranged several Mani and Pedi sessions with them, I also chose to have my eyebrow embroidery at Diown Beauty too! Especially the brow artist has been very patient to explain the procedure and constantly checked with me to make sure that I'm not in pain or anything during the process. She also explained the after care process very well so the recovery process went very smoothly. My friends also remarked how natural the embroidery is! I also love how the nail artist Chloe always do her best for my nails. Be it handpainted flowers or coming up with alternatives, Chloe never fails to impress me with her artistic skills! I'm so glad I decided to try out Diown Beauty and it has become my go-to salon now! ?
